My own experience is that this company is not a good employer. They failed to fully reimburse me for fuel that I had to pay for to deliver vehicles to customers or other branches. They ignored my grievances.

Happy and friendly staff. Will always ensure you have been assisted to the best of thier ability.

The lads in the garage took my car in I was dropping off ,inspected it and I was on my way within 10 mins .very helpful.Thanks

Dreadful customer service, still waiting for my tax refund and just checked and the car is still taxed in my name!!! Lost two months tax! This is the old Audi garage operation for 2nd hand cars on the Ashford Road!!!

Waited 16 minutes 13 seconds on the phone to get connected to the service department, who needs service like this ? not the first time before this problem ( Worcester branch )
