Purchased Toyota prius spirit 2007. I have to Say CK is excellent extremely thorough with everything and took his time in explaining everything about the car and its history. No pressure sales tactics and sorted any minor issues before collection. I was recommended by my neighbour who has previously purchased a car from him .I was in the market to purchase a Hybrid and CK specializes in these type of vehicles his knowledge and willing to answer all my question put me at ease and the made the transaction so much easier for me.. I purchased a car from this dealer and after 3 months I was told i would need a new engine, after the first week I stated that after a journey the car wouldn't start for some reason, he claimed it may be because I left the headlights on, after a while the car started again, then a few weeks later the same problem after a while I took it to a garage and was told it would need a new engine. Very dissapointed
