Personally, this is the best vehicle purchase experience I’ve ever had. To buy a car from the Glyn Hopkin MG East London is absolutely as smooth as cutting through a piece of butter. The sale team of this MG center is indeed a elite group. This EV ZS is my first pure electric car. My wife and I were a bit concerned about this kind of new energy vehicle before visiting the center. Ms. Ronika Choudhury is the sales advisor who warmly welcomed us at the center and she also patiently explained the details of the 2022 MG ZS EV. After the very friendly and professional introduction from Ronika , we decided to chose MG as our first electric car not only due to the cost-effective and good looking of the MG ZS EV itself, but also due to Ms. Choudhury’s professional and caring attitude which made us feel at home. The following process of purchasing the car proved our feeling. Ronika kept us updated every month on the status of our new car before it arriving at the branch. On the day we picked up our new car, Ronika stayed with us from the beginning until we drove away from the center. She patiently guide me through the new driving system and then she examined carefully to make sure all the accessories were in positions on the car. There was a little thing she has done for us that deeply touched us, Ronika hand cleaned several water marks on our car when she saw them even we told her it was totally ok to just leave it. We can tell how much care she has for the customers and how professional she is for her job. Thank you very much, Ronika. Luke the assistant manager went above and beyond to find a vehicle available for me. I had thought I would have a long wait but from start to finish it took less than two weeks. These magicians found and sold me the best car ever made (Black MG ZS EV Trophy long range) all done within three weeks and with superb service. Ash was my dedicated sales advisor and he and his very knowledgeable manager Mark kept me in the loop and on top of the delivery. I can't imagine anyone else doing this better. Lead in times elsewhere may mean 12 - 18 month delivery schedules but not on this occasion. I've been smiling all over Christmas!

Thanks Ash for getting us our new electric car in 6 weeks when the average waiting time nationally was about 50 weeks. We called all over the country to find an electric car and it was looking bleek. Thankfully, Ash went above and beyond and made it happen so we drove from the midlands to come and get it.
