Went to Grosvenor Mitsubishi after awful service at another dealership chain. Have been dealing with Alan with some warranty issues with my outlander 4h. Alan has been extremely helpful getting the repairs sorted to my car and will only be using Grosvenor Mitshibishi in future. A+++

My car had a heating issue and I booked in for inspection which was 1 month waited appointment dropped of the car early morning 9' clock I got a phone call from the branch at 4:30 saying they couldn't check it as they had a tight schedule and they asked me to book it for next month which I think waste of my time such a poor customer service by the guys works on service department unacceptable not friendly at all also they where lying to me saying it can cost up to 6000£ to repair and tried to got rid of me like I don't know anything about car

Fantastic service at Grosvenor Garage today. Alan and his team went the extra mile and worked overtime to get my L200 ready by the end of the day. I was updated with progress and prices so the only shock was a pleasant one! It had a very long list of things to repair in order to pass it's MOT and I had been quoted £1500 more at another garage last week for the work needed. Thank you so much. From Al and Jen

Good customer service and they di go the extra mile with a free car wash and vac and they do a pickup and drop off. What more can you ask for. I would definitely recommend them.

These guys are trustworthy and dependable. They completed wonderful MOT work and have fantastic customer service. If i could give more stars i would.
