Bristol Street Motors Ford Worcester

I have always had a great experience at Bristol street motors. I brought a car recently and felt looked after in every aspect. Even after coming away from the branch to think about the purchase I felt I was able to phone and ask questions without being pushed and feeling like I am just another sale. The staff at Bristol Street, Worcester have always been extremely friendly and I’ve not a bad word to say about the interactions I have had. The staff very clearly work hard and are good at the jobs they do. I will continue to use Bristol Street and support the fantastic team there.

Mot due. Had it done here last year so had a reminder from them. Contacted their booking line which was easy and quick. Parking can be difficult but staff there to help. Got a videa of the engineer carrying out a check on the vehicle noting the condition of the vehicle brakes, steering, suspension, tyres exhaust system etc which was very reassuring as I don't get under the car much at my age. Staff very pleasant and helpful. To top the experience off the car passed the Mot. 😁

Ordered a standard part to be fitted. They called me back 4 times to check they are ordering the right part to then demand that I pay up front before they ordered the part. Told me it was non returnable (which is untrue and who would have been responsible if it was wrong?) I cancelled their fitting as I felt that £60 for 5 min job was excessive. On collection, I had to wait over half hour for them to find it and then they 'joked' that's its only one bolt to change the part (it's easy if you know!)
When I spoke to a mechanic, I discovered that charging up front is a standard practice. I'll just go else where next time.

Engine management light came on today, rang BSM Worcester to book it in and they can’t look at it for 2 weeks. The gentleman on the phone said as long as I breakdown cover to carry on driving it, when I asked will my warranty cover them repairing it if I broke down he replied that he didn’t know. What a bunch of completely incompetent customer care personnel.

I’ve never had a bad experience in buying next cars from Bristol street worcester. This time though Amanda was just amazing, she was helping me all way through and answering all questions no matter how many times I emailed! She is a credit to the Worcester branch.

They spent time finding out what I was looking for and went through all of the cars in stock that matched my requirements. Helpful and friendly service from Worcester as always

My sister bought a car from here was lied to saying it had full service history when it never.. engine failed needed to be replaced they had it back as they left engine mounts loose and now engine has dropped and nearly dragging across the floor… mom and baby stranded -3 at night shame on you!!!
