I hate looking for a new car, it’s on a par with buying a new bra or pair of jeans. Always stressful and never simple.

What a difference it was buying a car from James! He was absolutely super! We let him down on the first viewing and I was totally gutted for him but he was very accommodating and offered to reserve the car for us. We paid a small deposit and eventually viewed the next week.

I used to have a Mini Cooper S convertible and I wanted a five door and something slightly more sedate with a higher spec.

The car was absolutely mint and exactly as described! James had it in the garage all nice and dry as it was pouring with rain. We all drove it and James talked us round the features of it. He had some other stunning cars and we did a bit of comparison with them to check we were buying the right model as I was nervous of getting it wrong. I didn’t feel rushed or stressed as it was viewing by appointment only.

The transaction was easy and we drove away in the car after viewing.

James messaged me after a week to ensure I was still happy with the mini. I am - I absolutely love her!

I would 100% recommend James - he takes a great deal of pride in his cars as he clearly believes in quality over quantity.

Was apprehensive anyone would be willing to part ex my beaten up corsa, but James was happy to oblige. Didn't quibble over small details and was true to his word.
Very knowledge, approachable and kept a good line of communication throughout the process (despite being over the Christmas period).
Car was exactly as described and the pictures really did do it justice.
The civic we bought was in excellent condition and was stored in an indoor garage so despite it being dark out we could fully inspect the car.
