Paul was absolutely brilliant in the way he took on our last minute urgent case when our sportage broke down the day before our holiday for my birthday.
Over the two and a half months we had the loan car he was always in contact and very professional but also very friendly.
I cannot praise him enough shame he doesn't run the service department who badly need his expertise and experience in customer care.

On our trip over from New Zealand, we wanted a local hire car for a couple of weeks. Paul Plaskwa was amazing to deal with, friendly and efficient in our communication, and in organising a car to fit our family needs. Our Kai Xceed was so great to drive, and Paul made sure we had a full run down on the car before driving away to ensure we were comfortable and happy.
