Really quick and easy, answered all my questions and kept safe whilst we're on lockdown. Never knew how painless it was to sell a car. Really friendly staff we're on hand and even let me wait in my sold car until my ride home came over.

The branch manager was extremely friendly and helpful. He is very professional and gave me enough time to make my final decision. I will definitely recommend to my friends and family.

Absolutely shocking. Arrived for a staff member to come out with no details of our booked appointment. He asked us what we had been valued online and consistently asked what we wanted 'realistically' for the vehicle. He spent a whole 30 seconds looking at the car, didnt look inside, told us that we would get 6k privately and then said he would only give 4k. No time or effort in the inspection of the vehicle. It seems that they offer the bare minimum and do not spend time actually inspecting the vehicle. The staff member clearly did not want to engage or do his job. Waste of our time. AVOID this branch and use local companies

Ok in the end. The guy who was supposed to check my car didn't turn up for work and wasn't answering his phone. But luckily the other assistant at branch was very helpful and called another member from a neighbouring branch and after 20 mins I was looked after. They paid into my account in 1 HR even on a bank holiday.
