Greenford Commercial sales

I bought a car from Phil @ Greenford car & commercial. The description of the car was spot on, the viewing was by appointment and it was a very professional and personal service. From the first phone call through to meeting Phil l was very confident about purchasing the vehicle from him. He made the whole process very easy, if in the future I or any of my family are in the market for a quality second hand car with a premium service Greenford car and commercials will be the first place I will go to. Phil was absolutely brilliant from the very first phone call through to the final purchase and I highly recommend him. He did not apply any pressure on me or Amanda when we went to look at it, and his genuine honesty and professionalism reassured me that it was going to be a good purchase. One week later and Amanda is very happy with her VW Touran. Complete 1 on 1 with no pressure to buy. Went home with a lovely car for a great price. Encountered a few unforeseen problems with the car within a couple of weeks I rang Phil and he had the problems fixed the next day free of charge, car now running perfect! Can't recommend Phil enough a genuine and lovely man.

Wanted to view a car, so contacted Greenford car sales, spoke with the owner Phil, arranged a time and went for a viewing, I found Phil to be very polite and professional from the very first phone call, answering my meny questions, the car was in super condition. I would without doubt recommend Phiĺ as he is a well established car dealer.

I bought a Skoda Roomster from Phil in December 2021. I’m really pleased with my car, in fact, I love it. I’d never driven an automatic before and Phil took me somewhere quiet and talked me through everything and got me to drive, reverse, etc and explained what the various positions of the gear stick were for. I would happily purchase my next car from him.

- Would not comply with Consumer Rights act 2015 to provide full refund if faulty car returned within 30 days. I had to go through slow and painful Small Claims court process to get my money back. It took 18 months.
- Willing to sell unroadworthy vehicles and then accuse you or breaking them!
- Be very suspicious if given a hard sell on warranties. It means the vehicle has faults.
Not recommended

We bought a Skoda Fabia estate a week ago, and are very pleased with the car and felt we paid a good price for it.. Phil was very helpful and patient and we would be happy to use his services again.
