Very bad service. Got a car and warranty from them. Took too much of time to send invoice. When I checked for warranty in a couple of months it seemed that they took money for warranty and did not actually purchase the warranty for me.
They go by a different name in autotrader- Rising Car, Invoice says - HR cars and google search tell you that its Heathrow cars.
Very dodgy dealers. Car required quite a lot of fix. Finally got it fixed with their garage to get some discount, which charged me 30% higher cost than halfords so actually no discount there. Please avoid buying from them.

You get plenty of attention during the sale but the vehicle quality is poor and the don't action any after sales support. I bought a vehicle and discovered undisclosed defects so I am exercising my right to return the vehicle. They've either ignored me or said they will get back to me at a later date but don't. I would not recommend buying anything from them.

got a car from these, all seemed good, got the car home and started to rattle, then broke down, recovered to my local garage, I paid £3800 for the car, garage says over £3000 to repair. I've tried contacting the garage to be told the manager will call me, ive had nothing, I have the managers number, called and called to only get texts back saying he will call me back or email me, and I've had nothing, do not buy from here, if anyone wants to message me I will send proof of all of this!!
updating this, it has been nearly 2 weeks and only had one message denying any responsibility for the car, they ignore my calls and the manager claims he is in hospital as his aunt passed away, yet when I spoke to someone at the garage this was news to them. having to take them to court to get my money back, please please give this garage a wide birth!

Place is little hard to find Coz it is at the bottom of Street but their customer service is exceptionally good. I bought my Toyota yaris from here i would recommend this place

Wasted my journey for a vehicle which was described as having full service history and I was shown mostly MOT and insurance documents. No clear signage outside this place. And no customer or apparently even staff toilets.
Saw the previous bad Google reviews but thought I would take my chance as they had numerous 5 star reviews on Autotrader.

I went to this dealership about 8 months ago and got a corsa. They never even gave me the service history book for the car, despite having me calling them many times for this. All seemed fine and they told me a new battery had been fitted in the car. A few months later and my car stops turning on. Took it to a garage, turned out the battery was disgusting and old and had to buy a new one. A few weeks ago was driving it and just broke down in the road, as the oil was old even though they told me they filled the oil. Stay away from this place, they are frauds.

Purchased a vehicle from here, initially seemed like great service and very knowledgeable but after sales service does not exist even after just one week of purchasing the vehicle.
Car was broken down misfiring and returned to dealer, apparently fixed and told paperwork to show repairs which have still not recieved despite numerous emails.
on top of these issues Car has coolant leak, Oil pressure sensor is faulty(which I was told was replaced no proof), exhaust bracket was seemingly broken, second one broke today leaving it basically hanging on further inspection by an AA accredited garage im told the vehicle was not MoT'd correctly as the exhaust is blowing and should have failed on this alone. Driver's seat belt mechanism is loose.
Just issues after issues with no resolution or assistance from an apparently "real" car dealer.

This dealer gives a bad name to all dealers. I bought a car for my daughter it was her 1st car and the car broke down 3 time’s I messaged I called with no response. I would stay away from this place. They get away with selling these unroadworthy cars buy saying there are 3 companies working on the same site. No signs on the site . My daughter’s 1st car and has stressed her out . Keep away
