Absolutely fantastic service from Jacob at Autopark. He couldn't do enough for me, and was a credit to the company. There was a slight delay with my vehicle, but everything was dealt with in a professional, friendly, and forthright way. Jacob was able to make the whole process of buying a car easy and convenient. I would definitely buy from them again.

Great range of vehicles, reasonable prices and I found a great car that suited my needs. Staff were friendly and helpful and there was no pressure to buy. MOT'd with no advisories and the buying process was really straightforward. Would recommend!

Very good experience buying from here recently. Professional sales guys, car was prepped and available quickly. No pressure, plenty of time to test drive properly. Only downside, I spotted a broken fog light when I got home that wasn't mentioned during the sale but perhaps that's on me for not spotting it during my inspection.

Overall, good experience and would definitely recommend.

Thought head gasket had gone on my car, it may still have - but mayo in oil cap and oil in expansion tank and major oil leak. Rang them up to say car with 23k (2018) on clock and owned looks like head gasket had gone. They said nothing they could do but contact manufacturer (Bought Sep 2022 now Feb 2023). Took to independent garage to find out oil filter was loose causing the major oil leak and now possibly a head gasket, pressure testing this week. Very Poor and would avoid. Do they service them before the sale? Amateurs! Never again. Would be a zero. The car has not been serviced since purchase and expect if head gasket has gone it's due to their incompetence either servicing or not. You think you would be better off paying more from a garage, but your definitely not.
