SEAT Store White City

We had a fantastic experience purchasing our new car. Contacted the store and spoke with Nouman Ahmed, explaining to him our situation and the car we wanted to purchase. Within 10 minutes he had sent a video to show the colour combination of the car and submitted the two different financial proposals as requested. He was polite, efficient and very professional in his dealings with us. We were going to purchase the car through a different dealership, however, they missed out due to poor customer relations and bad attitude. When we went for our handover, the process was again efficient, professional and very welcoming.

Excellent staff, will go out of their way to make you feel comfortable with the purchase. I traded in my old car with ease and they sorted everything out! One of the members of staff Junaid was absolutely fantastic, he guided me through the whole process, and called me after the purchase to make sure I was happy with everything. Its the first experience I’ve ever had in a car dealership that’s been so pleasant, no one is trying to push you into a purchase and everything is very relaxed.

We've recently bought a car through Seat's White City branch. They were fantastic from the outset, always prompt in their replies, helpful and polite. The concept of the branch and sales experience was a refreshing change from other car show rooms. When we travelled up to collect the car the branch itself was well designed and the handover was very efficient and informative. Staff couldn't have been better.

Extremely happy with my new car and the service I received from start to finish. Nouman Ahmed looked after me (as well as many of his colleagues) there was no hard sell, easy to arrange test drives and I got a great price. My new vehicle was delayed so I was given a courtesy car for the duration of the delay which was amazing. Thank you - it was a great experience!

I came here with my dad as we are looking to buy a new car due to these congestion charges ( I think that's how you spell it) a nice worker approached us and we explained to him what kind of car we were looking for. They have 4 models in the centre. These 2 in one of the pictures, one in front of the car I took a picture and one outside of the store. The workers are nice and professional and my family are booking a test drive with this red car this saturday! Overall, great little store amazing cars and would recommend a visit if your looking to buy a car from Seat.

Having attended Seat White City store I was immensely impressed at the quality of service and how easy it was to purchase a vehicle from them.
Myself and my son initially attended the store where we saw the Seat Ibiza FR Sport and spoke with Eddie a week later via telephone and nothing was to much.
All my questions were answered and a bespoke quotation emailed to myself.
There was no pushy sales and Eddie made the experience so smooth considering we were 250 plus miles away, emailing me all the correspondence and keeping in touch via telephone answering any questions I had.

Having purchased the vehicle it was so easy to make the arrangements to collect and have my private plate put on, the process again so smooth with Eddie making the experience again personal and memorable.

Would I purchase again from Seat White City then the answer would unequivocally be yes..

Really pleasant in-store experience. We were able to test drive on the spot and all the staff were helpful and attentive throughout the visit. Shout out to Mohammed, who showed a lot of patience, set out our options clearly having considered all of our requirements and really made it an enjoyable buying experience. Looking forward to picking up our car in a few weeks’ time.

Just bought a new CUPRA Formenta from SEAT/CUPRA’s Westfield Whitecity store. Excellent customer service from Virginie and the team. Virginie was super responsive on all my questions & emails throughout the week and helped me find the right spec.
I did a test drive in the 2.0 TSi VZ2 310hp. Lovely car to drive (very quick), awesome interiors really high quality with loads of standard equipment, and I would say beats most premium brands for price by a long way.

Opted for a PCP over a lease after doing some homework and also having great info from Virginie on all options. There was no hard sell at all, no extras offered unless I raised them. Also got a decent new car discount and deposit contribution.

Had it not been for the CUPRA stand, displaying the 2.0 TSi VZ2 310hp in Westfield shopping Centre then I would never have though of buying one. Great experience totally recommend.
