The car I bought was supposed to have been serviced prior to purchase, I got a very believable story that it had been serviced and Matt (the business owner) would send the invoice to me as he needed to collect the invoice from the garage, we also agreed he would send a new owners manual and book pack as these were missing (all included in the sale). Three months on and all I’ve had is lies and stories that things have been sent (conveniently no tracking numbers provided!). Have to conclude it’s all lies to fob me off - so the car was mis-sold to me (I’m starting legal proceedings) and after me keeping chasing for answers he then blocks phonecalls and emails with no responses- terrible way to run a business. Don’t trust this seller!!
I still haven’t received my £200 refundable deposit which I should’ve received by now (I went to see the car on the 9th April). I cannot get in contact with anyone from here.
Please beware of this company, it seems as though they are taking advantage… really upset and disappointed I have been treated this way.
