I just wanted to say I really appreciate how attentive, friendly and accommodating the staff are at polestar in Westfield london. I test drove the polestar2 this weekend and the staff were super helpful and gave you a lot of time and honest advice, incredibly useful when making a big purchasing decision like a new car.

I went to a rival electric car dealership earlier that day to test drive the model 3, and I have to say their dealership and staff are nowhere near as good as polestar in Westfield.

As I was sitting on the car, previously served by a sales agent, as he stepped away I stayed in the car to get the feeling of it while waiting for my test drive. Another sales person, a girl, approached me and forbidden me to try the functionalities of the cars while I was sitting there, in a very rude manner. I’m sorry Polestar, if you want to sell more car you need to upgrade your sales people manners in London Westfield!

Super friendly staff, informative and helpful.

This is a bit of a late review, but about 4 months ago when the showroom was in Westfield. I test drove the polestar 2. We visited the Tesla and the polestar showroom on the same day.
The staff were incredibly friendly at the polestar showroom and were very in formative unlike what I experienced at the Tesla showroom , we had an incredible test drive and now own a polestar and don’t regret it!

Just had a good experience at this place, no sales pitch just helpful staff trying to share information about the cars. If you are interested in evs in general, Polestar are worth a visits

My son and I booked a test drive of the Polestar 2 Battery Electric Vehicle through Polestar London at Westfield, in Shepherds Bush today and we could not have been more impressed with the entire experience.

The car itself was fantastic and the staff member who dealt with us was friendly, accommodating, professional and clearly extremely knowledgeable about the product.

Anybody considering the purchase of a premium EV alternative to the ubiquitous Tesla Model 3, should consider test driving the Polestar 2. Seriously impressive!

Very useful and friendly staff. Had a good experience, but not yet sold on polestar 2 so will wait for polestar 3. Great website too.

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff who answered all my questions and dealt with my unusual request promptly. And the Polestar 2 itself looked excellent both from the outside and from the drivers point of view.
