Would highly recommend this service to anyone who’s looking to sell their car and without little fuss. The process was easy and straightforward without any hiccups in the process, very nice individuals to deal with and very approachable when first arriving at the dealership. The information they gave me was of most help and didn’t get in the way of how the process went forward. Would recommend them to others who are looking to offload their vehicle.

Vey disappointing, the price quoted on the website is nothing like the price offered on the day, despite being honest about the car condition and details.
Wasted mine and my other half's lunch break travelling there to have and offer almost half that quoted.

So ... had an online price of 2600 but couldn't be fussed to enter the (many) scratches 😁 Popped in - truthfully also explained my fear of a potential ongoing (repaired) overheat on a 9 yo Kia. Was offered 2000. Volvo dealer (with truth 🙃) has offered 2400 P/X on a 4 yo Volvo that I want to marry - so will go with that. BUT ... had I been ahead of the curve and p/x earlier with WBAC I reckon I could have nailed the dealership for more than the 400. Lesson learned ... be prepared ... be realistic ... use WBAC! I had a 2008 Passat estate. Low miles and in pretty good condition. I bought a £25 car cleaning kit from Halfords and spent all day cleaning it (it had paint splats inside and outside the car and had been a bit of a workhorse). I went onto Webuyanycar and used the advanced valuation form to add that it had a couple of scratches, less than a month MOT and part service history. The online quote came back at £4000. I took to T Wells branch and was seen by Jamie and Kev. Both really friendly blokes who looked over the car and came back with a valuation of £3600 after deducting for other minor cosmetic damage (which i expected). I had forgotten to bring my parcel shelf which Jamie reminded me of so I spun off to pick up from home. When I retuned he added this to the valuation and it went up to £3750! This price already had the £50 admin fee taken from it so that was my take home price which i was more than happy with! My advice would be, add details about your vehicle to the quote to get a more realistic idea of what you're likely to get and spend a bit of money to clean up the car as they're pretty much just looking for cosmetic damage. I know lots of people have had a different experience but for me I would highly recommend WBAC service and again would say how nice Jamie and Kev were at TWells branch. Hope that helps and gives hope to someone!

Offered way lower than the online estimate, allegedly due to scratches we couldn't even see. Waste of time.
