The sales team are very helpful and not pushy, I purchased my VW Polo from here and was kept updated by the sales team throughout my purchase!
I had my first service a couple of weeks ago and I was very impressed with how efficient the service team are, very helpful and explained all the work that was carried out.
There is a waiting area with magazines and a fridge full of drinks, very accommodating! 5 Stars :-)

If you are interested in a new or used Volkswagen then consider the Redditch branch as a port of call. Here you will find a good selection of 2nd hand vehicles, many ex mobility cars which have low mileages and excellent condition. They also have a full range of new vehicles to look at in the showroom if you are in the market for one... Staff very friendly, knowledgeable, not pushy, you can tell they like there jobs here... So pop down, have a browse, have a chat, a tea, coffee, coke and you may come away with a lovely nice, new, reliable car; we did !!

Useless, the car was brought across from Birmingham. Instead of telling me it was damaged, they insisted I came and looked at it the day before collection.
After buying noticed agreement on a full tank of fuel was not done. First time cleaning the car I took the spare out as it was dirty to find its damaged.
Never got a copy of the service history, asked for it twice.
Once they get your money they aren't interested. Beware they will rip you off if they get the chance. Nothing like the experience 4 years ago on the SKoda side. Being brought by Johnsons is either a coincidence or this is how they will be under the new ownership.

Make up prices, overcharge vs what VW states. Check your Invoice!!

We recently got our Golf serviced at Redditch Volkswagen. Despite the website clearly advertising fixed pricing across VW (in this case £364), Johnsons attempted to charge us £419 with no explanation. Admittedly, when I raised this they happily changed it, but it appears that Johnsons are going against VW and exploiting customers in the cost of living crisis. Check your invoice!

We were also told to pick the car up by 5pm. We heard nothing so arrived for 4:50pm and the car still was not ready.

So the experience wasn't great. But to be fair, the car was cleaned well inside and out (shout out to the hard working valet) and the service manager we dealt with was very friendly.

Outstanding from start to finish, James was kind enough to help me along my journey of purchasing a car, the experience was entirely professional, done at my pace and was exceptionally quick and prompt. Very happy with every single detail from this establishment, the transparency and hospitality both over the phone and in-centre. I am collecting Thursday and cannot wait!
