Stellantis &You DS Store West London

I dislike this company immensely. I've purchased all my new cars from them as well as having MOTs and Servicing there, and overall, very poor experiences.
I went to R&D West London a few weeks ago to purchase a new DS 4 but it was clear they do not take seriously, buyers who which to buy a car outright - without finance.

Thankfully, I've now placed a deposit on a new German Car brand which I'm sure will offer superior quality in every respect.

Excellent customer service from Danella. Always keeps me updated via anyway possible. Danella ALWAYS goes the extra mile even when there was a technical issue, she emailed me to inform me. 100% Satisfied! Thank you for making me feel welcome.

Aftersales desperately understaffed, nice enough people, but not enough of them. Courtesy car booked months in advance, always some drama to actually get it on the day. Service itself is fine, but not sure how DS can claim any luxury credentials, when 9 times out of 10 you're seen by a Peugeot Service person.

DS styling is great but that is the only positive thing I can say about the brand. How this Chiswick store can be stated as a premium dealer is laughable. I have multiple experiences of it being impossible to get responses to calls or emails. Come on DS, if you're serious about being a premium brand, invest! You can't just jazz up Peugeots.

Was met by Zahir for a same day service at the Chiswick branch. Not only was he polite and efficient in handling my queries but also fully informed me of when the car would be ready for collection. Received car on time and cleaned very happy with the service - highly recommend.

From the time I entered, I was greeted at the entrance by one of the pleasant staff. Though he had a mask on, I could tell he was smiling.
I then went through to the showroom where I was greeted by Mariam who was very pleasant even though she had her arm in a sling she was still very helpful and stayed with me answering my queries.
Walking through I met Danela who again greeted me with a warm smile even though she was busy working.
Finally in the used car showroom Piyam (apologies if the spelling is incorrect 😔), met me again and answered more of my queries, never hesitating to point me in the right direction to someone who would be able to assist me further.
Top class customer service here from everyone I saw and has made me want to get a car from this particular showroom. Great work Team!

Cannot fault the place, Akeel Osman always delivers the car and always has a need to look after his customers. There's no surprise why he does so well with his awards.
