Came here as my local Vauxhall had changed to Suzuki. I messaged online about a car I saw and Paul Fisher called me straight away. I drove over when we were next both free and he was so helpful. Part ex’d my corsa for Astra and both Paul and the GM helped me get the most I could for the corsa even with bumper damage. I highly advise coming here. Following an injury I needed to look for a new car, and without much of a clue what I wanted I went to Vauxhall in Redditch to have a mooch.
I was looked after by Keith Bishop each time I came to the show room to test drive various cars (and eventually buy). Keith was very patient with me and considering he had only been in the job role a short while, he has shown himself as an asset to the company. All the team I had contact with were amazing, nothing was too much trouble and they were all extremely professional. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Vauxhall Redditch to my friends and family and the wider google community. 🚙🚙

Richard, I want to say what an incredible team you have working for you, this I always believe is from a culture that is created from the management and you really did lead by example. Really friendly and open team, that were not at all pushy and seemed very transparent with what was going on. We have gone to several dealerships and this was a refreshing change. Other competitors are either a hard sell, or dealing with several people at the same time and we have been left sat for over an hour while "they were finding something out for us". There seemed to be such a great team bond and I think both Spencer and Joe are a real asset to the team. I would totally recommend Vauxhall Redditch as the place to go for a great car, with great customer service!!

Want to say how fantastic the service has been at Vauxhall, especially from Paul Fisher. Running us through the whole process of mobility car claim, making sure we was 100% happy with everything before driving away.
