Esplanade

I purchased my car back in May and from the get go the help and guidance I received from both Matt and Louis was amazing.
Matt contacted me very quickly after I put my initial interest through and set up a meeting with Louis to view and test drive the car. Louis, showed me round the vehicle and went through the financial side of things and explained things in perfect detail for me. All my questions, no matter how silly I thought they were, were answered with professionalism and in a manner that helped me understand the process.
I knew instantly that this was the car for me, and Matt effortlessly helped me with all the fine print and we organised a collection date.
Upon collection I was greeted with smiles all round, and proudly drove away in my gorgeous smart car which is now my pride and joy. Matt checked in on me shortly after to make sure everything was okay which I thought was such a lovely touch to the service provided.
A couple of weeks after the car had to be booked in after a very minor fault and esplanade sorted it within a matter of hours and my beautiful new car was prepped and ready to go again!
I have always been a nervous driver, but the confidence I feel when I drive my car is immense and I can only thank the wonderful team at esplanade for helping me find my perfect car!

My car passed its MOT with flying colours plus its annual service.
I had the use of a loan car a 21 reg VW Polo, my only issue is with its onboard tech giving unwanted advice/ warnings to change gears, as an experienced motorist I found this technology completely OTT and unnecessary, but UNFORTUNATELY this is the future of car technology, a bit too Nanny State for me.
I like to be in charge of what I drive, not a damn computer.

Impeccable service from Brendan, Tom and the whole team at Esplanade. Very Professional from start to finish. Can’t thank Brendan enough, when my plans changed very late last night and I had to collect the vehicle at very short notice. All I could do was inform Brendan at midnight last night by email, that I had booked a flight from newcastle at 06:45 in the morning and I would be in Cowes by 09:30. Brendan responded with ‘no problem’ before I had even boarded the plane! When I arrived he was already at the ferry terminal for me and arranged for the car to be prepared (immaculately) for my collection immediately! Fantastic service - well done “. I have no doubt we will be doing business again! 👍

Dan was absolutely lovely from start to finish and extremely helpful and informative keeping me up to date with what was happening with my new car. Great customer service :)
