Really sad about this as I finally have a nice car and was initially happy.
Went to view car and looked nice, did test drive and all ok. Asked for car to be delivered, guy who drove it to me chain smoked so it stank. Ok fine. Day one the boot wouldn't open, catch broken £30. Day four my window was broken and check engine light on. Repeated messages and they booked me into garage across the road from them. Fixed at no charge. Next week the battery died, called the AA. £105 spent on new battery and fitting. Didn't contact them as stuff happens and it's an old car. Next thing I know, coming home from work the exhaust falls off. Kicking up sparks and just a nightmare. I managed to get a tow to my garage and it cost £260. In all I've now got these issues sorted but messages all ignored. I was supposed to have a 3 month warranty but don't believe a word of that!!!! Work has suffered due to Covid so the car was bought using a few quid i inherited. I have had to scrape together the rest needed to fix it. Just not worth the hassle

I bought a lovely S3 and service was smooth throughout, really respect how they’ve handled everything during this horrible time. Ensured that there was no contact and when I got to the branch all that was left was the handover. So happy with my car and will definitely recommend. Tom especially was amazing, he ensured I had everything before I left and that I was pleased with the service.

Thank you so much Master Cars
I will definitely buy my future cars from here again ❤️❤️❤️

I bought a bmw from him that had multiple hidden problems that were not pointed out when buying the car when I asked him to repair them under warranty he ignored me for as long as possible until the point where it’s just turned to arguments every time I phone him, even though I came to him at the first month of driving the car when I found the problems before the 3 months warrant and now that I’ve pointed out that it’s my statutory rights “ If a problem is found after 30 days, but within six months of purchase, you can request a repair or a replacement vehicle. The onus is on the seller of the car to prove the fault wasn’t present when it was sold; if they can, and you’re likely to have known about it, you won’t get a refund.
When it comes to repairs, the dealer has one chance to fix the fault. If the fix doesn’t work, you are entitled to a refund. You won’t get the full purchase price back, though. Any usage of the car will be taken into account and the refund will be adjusted accordingly.”

He has still ignored this and is refusing to repair the vehicle. So AVOID!!! This seller even sold the car and said don’t worry about the signing the logbook which I done. ZERO STARS

They are the worst people ever. they sold my sister a dodgy car and now they are denying everything and they won't even give her money back. they even threatened her if she doesn't keep asking for her money back. if you buy a car from them make sure the mileage has not been messed with and the car you ars buying is clean and not about to breakdown once you drive it away

I bought a car from this seller a Renault Clio for £2000 the car looked great and it even came with an MOT. Just to be sure as I have two small children I took the car to be serviced the mechanic told me the car should not have passed an MOT as multiple things are wrong with it including the breaks, acceleration suspension the list goes on. To fix it would cost more than I paid for the car in the first place. They advised me not to drive the car as lots of parts of the car are eroded and said it is not safe to drive. The car was advertised as 45,000 it had 47,400 so it was even falsely advertised the MOT garage where they took the car must be crooks as well because my mechanic said this car is dangerous and should not be driven. I have been driving the car since I bought it with my two young children. I use it for hospital appointments mostly as my children have medical problems and it was not safe for them to be in it. I have a full report of all the problems so I will be taking this further. I have been ignored by this company its only been 2 weeks so I want to return this death trap and get a full refund but I have just been ignored. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS PLACE IF YOU DO ITS AT YOUR OWN RISK!

Stay away from this scam trader... sold me a car with parking tickets to pay and refuse to pay for them. Engine start making horrible noise after couple of days, all I've heard back from them was that they never sold car like this 😕😐
