Went to view car and looked nice, did test drive and all ok. Asked for car to be delivered, guy who drove it to me chain smoked so it stank. Ok fine. Day one the boot wouldn't open, catch broken £30. Day four my window was broken and check engine light on. Repeated messages and they booked me into garage across the road from them. Fixed at no charge. Next week the battery died, called the AA. £105 spent on new battery and fitting. Didn't contact them as stuff happens and it's an old car. Next thing I know, coming home from work the exhaust falls off. Kicking up sparks and just a nightmare. I managed to get a tow to my garage and it cost £260. In all I've now got these issues sorted but messages all ignored. I was supposed to have a 3 month warranty but don't believe a word of that!!!! Work has suffered due to Covid so the car was bought using a few quid i inherited. I have had to scrape together the rest needed to fix it. Just not worth the hassle
Thank you so much Master Cars
I will definitely buy my future cars from here again ❤️❤️❤️
When it comes to repairs, the dealer has one chance to fix the fault. If the fix doesn’t work, you are entitled to a refund. You won’t get the full purchase price back, though. Any usage of the car will be taken into account and the refund will be adjusted accordingly.”
He has still ignored this and is refusing to repair the vehicle. So AVOID!!! This seller even sold the car and said don’t worry about the signing the logbook which I done. ZERO STARS
