BHG Colney Heath

Bought a Ford Smax from here, the car was very clean and was serviced before I collected it. When I arrived I was left to look at the car at my own time with no pressure to buy. Noticed it was missing the rear parcel shelf but this was replaced before I took the car. They agreed a deal with me on the car and even paid for some exhaust trims to be sent to my house and these were not on the car. I would definitely buy another car from here, mainly dealt with Kevin who was superb

Had a really positive and straightforward experience of buying a used Ford BMax from Simon and his team. It really is quite refreshing in these cynical 'hard sell' days to feel confident and reassured that the people you are dealing with will give you the time and space to come to your own decisions- based on your own circumstances. Certainly how things played out for me here. Relaxed conversations, absolutely no high pressure selling and at the end of it I have driven away a car that I went out to find, and (so far anyway!) it is driving like a dream. I took out the warranty- my choice - not theirs, for my peace of mind. I had spent many weeks of research deciding what car to get and its absolutely the right size, shape, performance quality (and yes even colour!) that I was hoping for.

Brought my sons first car from here yesterday and he is over the moon with it.
The guys here are so friendly and no pushy sales stuff , the car was fully serviced, mot done and then health checked. I highly recommend this garage and will definitely use in the future. Keep up the good work guys

Got the car Ive been waiting for for over a year, nothing was too much trouble for these guys, I want to thank Kevin & Simon for the professional and friendly service, including working hard to get me finance against the odds, they put up with me admirably calling twice a day every day to drive them mad.

I am very much driven by reviews in order to solidify my decision in a purchase or service. After finding a car that I was interested in found on AutoTrader, I did some research, read the reviews and decided that the car was worth a look, it was just under and hours drive away from my home. I went on my own on a Sunday morning, the car was clean, tidy and in excellent condition just as the advert described. Simon was very friendly (and not your usual pushy salesman , which was nice!). I was offered to test drive the car on my own and for as a long as I got bored, just had to provide my driving licence for the honour, nice touch.

I was in two minds with what I should do and there was no pressure from Simon at all, as my partner was away with work I had a conversation with him on the phone then decided to think about it whilst driving back home, hoping the car wouldn't go in this time! The journey home was enough to make a decision as I was offered a new service and MOT if I purchased the car and the mileage was nice and low too. I called and placed a deposit as soon as I got home!

We had arranged for me to collect the car on Weds afternoon but I ended up going along first thing Weds morning so I could get on with my day, Kevin picked me up from the closest train station which was nice and saved on cab fare! I decided to purchase a 3 year warranty and again, this was not pushed to me as something that I 'must' do and to boost their sales, they advised it was up to me.

All in all, I've never reviewed a car purchase before and I have bought a few from main dealers so not to say I haven't been able to. I think they deserve the good review and would highly recommend them. Would I buy another car from them again? Without a doubt! :)

One of the best car dealerships around, from the moment I spoke to them the customer service was amazing. I was meant to pick up an Honda but due to family emergency I could not pick it up and they return my £100 depot I was surprise to get the money back due to the fact I was away for two months

I purchased a car from them about 4 months ago and they were very helpful. Something went wrong with the car and they repaired it immediately and were very happy and helpful. Would 100% recommend.
