We bought our brand new Ford Puma from Bristol Street Motors Bromley at the end of April. We felt secure, comfortable and confident with our purchase as our salesman was brilliant and could not recommend him enough. It’s just such a shame that he works for such a shambles of a company.
Within 2.5 months of owning the car and less than 2,000 miles on the clock we have an problem. We took the car back in to BSM and it took them four days to work out what they THINK is the problem so they ordered the part they think they need. They have had our car for over three weeks now and after one dirty courtesy car (during Covid - see photos), another courtesy car with an overwhelming stench of cigarette smell and no certainty that they have found the issue, we still have absolutely no idea on when we will get our car back. We were sold a faulty car, we are still paying for this faulty car but not able to use it.
We will never ever buy from this garage again nor will we be buying a Ford ever again. The level of service after purchase that we have received is a disgrace. We signed up to the 3 year PCP contract and bought our brand new car in good faith, they took and continue to take our money and now don’t care. Customer service means nothing to them and if it does they have a horrendous way of showing it.
