Took my car in for service/MOT. Have been proud to be a Nissan owner for 6 years. Got to know many of the staff in Slough and formerly Reading where I purchased my car. This experience today with a lady in the service department was shocking and totally unacceptable. I will not return to this Branch and as staff are aware I am keen to buy the new Nissan Juke when it is launched. I will look elsewhere.

Jan 2020 I ordered a new Jeep Renegade, followed the advice of a sales person in the store.

COVID happened delays, naturally

Picked up the new car June - told them the garage within 45 minutes of taking the car there were issues and faults, they said they would follow this up by the Monday - 8 weeks of my chasing them, head office and their finance company and Brand Jeep and I still have a faulty car

I spoke to Deborah the head of customer services, she also assured me she would call me back - that still hasn't happened (3 months now), one of her assistances called me and at the end of the call thanked me for letting her know how I feel! the car is not resolved, they still owe my accessories!

I spoke to the finance company and they are in the hand of Jeep Ancaster and do not act impartially, they did not follow up my complaint there are 4 issues and they did not investigate these, they also did not provide me any evidence that they had followed this us as per their statutory responsibilities - the financial ombudsman is now reviewing my case.

- issues - faulty sensors, was told to turn them off (this is not appropriate on a £34K car)
- No accessories added; mud-flaps, blacked out wing mirrors - they forgot, still haven't contacted me to say they are in and can be fitted
anti-roll back not working - told to switch the stop-start off
- they also gave my number out to some strange person who wouldn't tell me why or who gave him my details - this is breach of GDPR
- Car is not as spec promised in Jan - my biggest bug bare, doesn't even have the right stereo let alone the function I had demonstrated to me at point of sales
- was not allowed to test drive car before picking it up or even looking at it, this breached all my customer service rights

DO NOT BUY ANY VEHICLES FROM THIS COMPANY - THEY HAVE NO ETHICS AND DO NOT FOLLOW ANY TRADE LAWS

Always use Ancaster for all my motoring needs the service department are always fantastic nothing is ever to much trouble. We have purchased many vehicles from them over the years also and always had 1st class vehicles and customer service, would definitely recommend.

I had MOT done on my VW Golf at one of the branches of Ancaster and the customer service was on point,

Had to also change 2 of the tyres, re-gas the car’s air-con.
Dropped the car in the morning, I have been contacted when the car was ready and I genuinely could not ask for more efficiency.

Will definitely use them again
