I can't thank the guys at Quality Part X enough. Ash made the whole process so easy and the in house finance took no time at all. My new car is in immaculate condition. Whilst the car was in their hand it was well looked after. The whole team made my time at the dealership very smooth and comfortable. I thank Hannah for her hospitality and warming presence in the showroom.

The manager onsite, Ali even congratulated on my purchase making me feel valued from the senior members of staff to the sales team.

I would recommend Quality Part X to anyone considering buying a vehicle.

Fantastic experience when buying my Audi last week. A huge thank you to Ash who was incredibly helpful from the moment I arrived. Really friendly and he wasn’t pushy or ‘salesy’ which I really liked- having recently visited another dealership- it was refreshing to not be bombarded with sales tactics.
Ash was very consultative and knowledgeable in regards to all vehicles we discussed.
He also ensured all the body work was in perfect condition before I picked up the car- a few scratches were removed and I was incredibly happy with the result. I would highly recommend Ash and Quality Part X Dunstable! Thanks so much, Tasha

We unfortunately have had a unpleasant experience buying our car from Quality Part Xchange Dunstable. My wife and I are expecting a baby and decided now was the time to buy a more reliable car.

On the drive home from purchasing the car, the engine light came on (red flag one). It went back over the next few days and we were also told they would replace a tyre as they wanted to do it before it was sold and didn't get round to it. We knew the air con needed re-gassing but we had some money knocked off the price of the car for us to sort that ourselves which we were satisfied with.

After receiving our car back I asked for the paperwork as to what had been done and they couldn't provide me with this as the didn't know. I had to tell them what I thought they had done and *very* brief notes were then emailed to me about the engine light. No mention of a tyre change..?

We decided to get the car looked at by a local independent garage to just check it over and recieved the news it was worthwhile checking over as it was not in good condition. He put the car up on the ramps to show us there was an oil leak, the radiator at the front needed replacing and the ball joints on the front of the car were moving which would be an MOT failure. Two tyres needed replacing (one worse than the other).

QPX said they replaced a tyre for us as 'good will gesture' but this had not actually been done. When we raised this with them they said they'd replace it this time but it turns out they lied. We also had some of the underneath falling down at the front of the car and the local garage showed us on the ramp how damaged it was. QPX said this was not their problem and was not covered by them.

It turns out when it went back in they they had 'fixed' the Aircon (we hadn't asked them to do and they didn't tell us until almost a month later they had done that). In reality they just overpumped the Aircon and broke it in the process causing the damage to the front and the oil leak.

Each time we called on the phone, the aftercare team was pleasant but they didn't really have anything to offer to help us out. They didn't understand that in our eyes the trust was broken and their saying of 'the customer comes first' (her words, not mine) doesn't actually matter to them or fix the problem. All they offered was to fix the ball joints if we paid for the parts (£90), but by this point, all their shoddy labour led us to believe they would do this again as they clearly cared more about quickly getting rid of the cars and not about the customer or the quality of their work. Our local garage talked us through everything unbiased and said unfortunately you've been sold a car in a bad condition and unless someone put it up on ramps to see we never would have known.

We did discuss returning the car and asking for a refund but we were told we would lose our admin fee (which they originally told us they had taken off) plus any extra they deemed appropriate in terms of how much we had driven the car in the time we had had it.

Please don't buy a car from here and save yourselves the hassle. Check out the cars MOT history online beforehand and save yourself the hassle. We feel very saddened by this situation and had to pay over £1500(!) to have it all fixed. Would not recommend.

Stay well clear.

Bought a car off them,
Had a problem in the first month of having it so they had it back said the car is mechanically fine and didn't touch anything on the car only plugged it into diagnose the problem that didn't come up so they did nothing to the car at all!!!
Was told a load of waffle about how newer cars do this and to take it for longer drives.
2 months later.....another problem has occurred.
I called them to be told its out of warranty so there's nothing they are prepared to do.
Quick enough to take the money though.
Will now be taking legal advice on the matter.
No wonder they have some shocking reviews!!

Had a great experience while buying a car last week. Process was smooth and easy. Wasi was super helpful in not only setting up the car and answering all my questions, but tax, warranty and insurance as well. Would totally recommend this dealership, especially for first time buyers.
Thanks again!

I’ve had a brilliant experience purchasing a Grey Golf SK18 H**. They were upfront and honest about the vehicle from the first phone call and organised on the day I came to view the vehicle, there were no surprises and thus I was able to make an informed decision and go ahead and purchase the vehicle.

I am happy with the vehicle and I’ve had no issues thus far. I would not hesitate to do business with them in the future.

Regards
Mohammed

Stay well clear one of if not the worst company I have ever had to deal with paid just short of 18000 for a car turned up nothing like pictures paint runs all down one side scratched all over. the hanging bit in the boot broke off car was dirty also not had any sort of valeting done when I tried to insure car come up as auto when it was a manual after sending car straight back qpx tried charging 150 saying I had smoked in the car when no one had been near it with a cigarette I was willing to take this dispute all the way so they miraculously had a change of heart after that took me a month to get my full 3800 deposit back this is after calling and emailing them several times ....so I thought all was good till last week received 2 car fines for the car they had sold it to someone else but left in my name this company is beyond a joke lying to there customers making false accusations risking it in my opinion if you choose to buy here I would never if I had read the reviews first

Had an extremely bad experience with this dealership.

Bought a Jaguar F-Pace from them on the advert there was nothing mentioned that the car had been fully sprayed, made the payment and went to collect the vehicle on the day we agreed, when I arrived to the dealership I noticed that the whole car had been sprayed and a terrible job was done on it you could still see the marks of the paint on the whole car.

The car looked horrible, nothing like the pictures.

The manager said that he would get it re-sprayed and that he would deliver to me.

After a week they delivered the car and nothing was done, the car came with smell of cigarettes because the driver thought it was his car and he decided to smoke inside the car while delivering to the customer.

The company also never mentioned that the car had an accident previously and after the AA inspection they reported back to me as they vehicle had an accident but it wasn’t reported to the insurance therefore there was no CAT on the vehicle.

Furthermore the vehicle had two keys originally when I went to collect the first time and when it was delivered the second key suddenly disappeared.

Tried to make numerous attempts to contact the company to see if they would actually do something about the painting and according to them that was a good job and if they ever found the key they would send it to me.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY TO BUY YOUR CAR!
