Unfortunately I didn't eventually buy a car from them but Zaki was very professional and helpful. The reason for the non-purchase was not any problem with the car but one of my children has his sights on an alternative one. However would definitely recommend these guys to buy your car from as they keep you informed and are courteous and respectful without being pushy.

I recently bought a 2007 Honda Civic from ZB Cars and I have been very pleased with it. Wanted to wait with the review until I use it a bit more, took it for a full service earlier this week and can confirm, nothing is wrong, no hidden issues whatsoever. The whole purchasing process was very straightforward and the dealer was patient, friendly and helpful. I would recommend ZB Cars Barking if anyone looking for a used car for a good price!

We saw some negative reviews for this seller and it almost put us off going, but we're glad we decided to trust the Autotrader reviews instead (seller gets consistently top reviews there).

We called before coming in and were subsequently much delayed because a tube being out of service. When we arrived, there were other people there who had already indicated they wanted to buy the car, but Zachy had explained to them that we would have a chance to buy it first because we had called to make the appointment. We were very happy about this considering the amount of time it had taken us to get there! It seemed very polite for him to hold off on a certain sale in order to keep his appointment with other customers travelling in to see the car.

He took his time with us subsequently and did not pressure us to buy, in spite of the fact that he could have sold the car already that day! The car was as we expected it to be from the advert and we ended up buying it. We were also very happy with the rest of the process - we were given two fresh tyres in the PDI as well as a slightly longer warranty.

To us it appeared that customer satisfaction is important to this seller and so far it's been a pleasure to do business with him.

I recently purchased my first car here, 2011 Vauxhall’s corsa. The dealer was patient with me as it was my first time explained everything and gave me an excess cover of £500. MOT and everything paper wise checked out perfectly the car runs smooth and was super clean ! Even after having minor issue they still offered to help out with practically all the payment ! Very very very satisfied with the service I received from Them ! Thank you millions!

DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM ZB CARS BUYERS BEWARE Just bought a car last Week 2010 Ford Galaxy (which i have been looking for this spec for a long time so was very pleaseed that i had found one) I bought the car to replace my Wife 7 Seater 4x4 because it is not a Ulez car but still being a 2013 car to transport our kids around, and when i first went to view and had a test drive an engine Warning Light came on which got me a bit worried but Zaki the Salesman said that he would sort it out so we left it with them to sort it out even after Zaki had some Guy playing around with some diagnostic machine not sure if he was a Machanic when we first viewed the car. I pick up the on Monday and drove it and the first thing to happen was the light came back on and you have to press ok the clears the fault but still comes back on again and again. Then i noticed as you pull away in first gear the whole car shudders and bangs in gear (I know that Powershift Gearboxes have a reputation but not like this. I have got the car on Credit over 5 years and i dont think it would last and I know never to by from these back street garages but it was a car that I had been looking for and took chance.
I contact Zaki and he said bring the car back so he can have a look but do not trust them to fix a taer in a paper bag. He also said to me that my Part Exchange that has issues with it which he know and he told me what he thinks it is after the deal has been done and I am complaining about the one I bought in as a part exchange he had the front to say to me am i going to pay for the repair on my old car which was one of the reasons I change it and he offered silly money for it a 2007 Mercedes S320 he must of been rubbing his hands together when he took that in for that money for this type of car, but i wanted this Galaxy.
Not to sure what to do I will get an idependant report done and take from there.

Just seen your update and responce what a lot of TOSH from you, you keep saying you are honest people you use that alot i only wish I dont know where you get the Part Exchange had bad tyres you will say anything to try wiggle out of your responsablities the reason i have not been back to you is that i do not TRUST YOU as a dealer and am paying someone else to do the repair the car rumbles and over 60MPH i will need to change the front tyres and get the balanced up so please do not make me out to be the bad one if you got the car right the first time we would not be sending these sill email.

My girlfriend bought a Nissan Juke in May 2019 from here. Seemed a lovely salesman to start with but the after sales service was appalling!! After a week of having the car, money had to be spent on it and he only paid a small percentage of repairs towards it! If i could give zero stars on here i would! Avoid this car dealer!!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS JOKER.
I bought a (car) from this joke of a dealer a couple of weeks back in good faith. He was all smiles etc. But he sold me a heap of junk. The day after purchase the engine light came on. I took it to my trusted mechanic who put the car through a diagnostic which reported several engine faults. I then took the car to a specialist who diagnosed even more faults.
In the last two weeks I've spent over £2000 putting right the faults on this heap of junk.
I telephoned the 'owner' who stated that I had bought a car without warranty therefore the problem is mine. This blokes moral compass is so warped that he couldn't be truthful if he tried. Do NOT BUY FROM THIS HIGHWAYMAN. HE AND HIS COMPANY ARE AN ABSOLUTE JOKE!!

I made an awful mistake and didn't read these reviews before purchasing a car here. The very next day after getting the car, an engine light came. The seller pretended to care during the first weeks, just in that initial month when you can legally return the car, but after that, he didn't even reply to my emails. I've spent £1000s in repairs already, now we are going to court and hopefully the judge will hear me and give me some back. For those in my situation, I will update here after trial so anyone can do the same and try to stop bad dealers abusing. But if you are reading this and haven't bought yet, be smarter than me and look elsewhere.
