I have nothing but praise for the team here, In bought my second car here and if possible I will buy my future cars here as well because I know I can trust them. Every step of the journey I was supported and talked to honestly, I was even given the opportunity to consider my options with the knowledge the car would not be sold without notification. I dealt with Gareth who was very friendly and forthcoming with information. The buying process was quick but with all due care and respect that comes with the exchange of so much money. Maintenance issues were sorted by this company before purchase, in my case, it was the repair of a couple scrapes and scratches. And if you purchase warranty (which I did), the process of sorting any issues is as smooth and as friendly as ever. Long story short, the friendliest and nicest purchase experience I have ever had, I am incredibly happy with my car and I am positive I made the right choice for me.

I purchased a 2019 Jaguar XE R-sport over the weekend and have nothing but good things to say about Cedar, in particular Gareth.

Nearly 2 weeks ago I was in contact with Gareth and being over 2 hours away, I was nervous about purchasing without actually seeing the car 'in person' however Gareth kept me fully updated in all area, sending several pictures and videos to keep me informed. Communication has been really high and Gareth really went above and beyond.

Turned up after a long journey down, then enjoyed my long journey back in my new car.

2021 Tesla Model 3 Long Range - My first Tesla and a fantastic experience!

Highly recommended, gained my trust from the very beginning and I happily sent them pretty much the full payment for the car by bank transfer based on just one phone call and a handful of emails. Answered every question I had with incredible speed and friendliness, unlike anywhere else I have experienced before. The car was exactly as described, the hand over process was smooth and polite. The show room area was well presented and certainly gave a nice buying experience. I would happily buy from them again. Gareth handled the initial sale and Sean did the hand over on the day, both fantastic guys. Thank you again

I had nothing but an absolutely great experience when buying a car with Cedar. After taking a look around the show room, I could clearly see that they only sell the best of quality. The staff were more than courteous and accomodating (they were even open Christmas eve to collect my new car)!

Best dealership I have ever dealt with.

Cedar have been outstanding throughout the entire process. I purchased a vehicle they had taken in as a part exchange, a bit older than what they usually specialise in - but perfect for me and priced right when looking around.

Contacting them they were friendly and happy to help . . coming out of lock down and saving a trip they took some videos in advance pointing out both good and any bad parts in there.

When I arrived to test drive the car they asked for my license and away I went. When I returned, we had a little chat about the history of the vehicle and details. Not once did Gareth feel pushy to land a quick sale or make me feel like an inconvenience even though I'm sure he was due to have finished work by that point

A couple of days later I had a text to say the car was ready so I decided I would take the train up straight away which would take around 2 hours. Gareth being a gent asked me to hold off and organised for one of their drivers that was on the way back from Manchester with a new car to swing by to Doveridge and collect me on his way back. I couldn't believe it and it saved me a fair bit of time and hassle with the trains. Talk about service!

I paid for and drove the car back home very happy.
