Unfortunately it won’t let me give 0 stars, having just purchased a £34,000 car from Stoneacre Kia i am still waiting for a second key (to replace the one they lost - 6 weeks so far), i keep getting told they have ordered one, but to date i’m still waiting. I haven’t received any documents for the vehicle as they’re having trouble transferring the private plate that was on the car when they took it in part exchange ( they didn’t even know it had a private plate on it and were displaying a made up number plate). i have been promised phone calls that never happened meaning i have to keep going back to the dealership but get nowhere. I had to keep chasing up a repair to the paintwork that they had promised to do. Since buying the car there has been a noise from the suspension and the ride comfort is appalling, there is obviously something wrong with it. The vehicle purchase went smoothly, but their attention to detail and after sales service is the worst of any dealership i have ever dealt with and i am deeply regretting purchasing a car from them

This is my 4th car with this company and my first review and all I can say is this was the best and most easy experience of purchasing a vehicle. I felt no obligation and no pressure to purchase the vehicle and they guided me through every step of the process and went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with the process. Richard and all the other members of staff were polite, knowledgeable & professional throughout the process and I would highly recommend everyone to come here for their next car.

I got a new car as my banger was on its way out. Richard was super helpful and helped me get the car that was right for me, the experience was great, no pressure at all. I ended up coming out over the moon, and the communication was great too let me know when my car was ready to pick up and how the forms were all going. I’ll definitely be back for my next car.

I have been using this garage for a few years now and every time I go, they deliver the best customer service and I have never had any issues with previous purchases. One if the members of staff i have spoken to, Richard M, is extremely helpful, polite, professional and is always happy to help. Overall outstanding experience with this garage.

If I could give more stars, I would. I have been done over a few times in the past by very shady car dealerships and more or less assumed everyone was just out to get me.

Fair to say I was wrong!

Richard who dealt with my inquiry was brilliant. Really friendly and down to earth, in fact all the staff were.

Managed to get me a great deal on a Picanto when I was practically laughed out of other dealerships for suggesting similar prices to what I paid at Stoneacre. Will not be going anywhere else when I feel like getting an upgrade.

I don't think 5 stars would do Stoneacre Durham KIA justice. I would love to personally thank Katie, Richard and all other staff in the branch for the wonderful jobs they've done. I very much look forward to the release of the 7 seat EV9. It was the perfect shopping experience. Thank you for the wonderful time.

Bought a car from here a few months ago.
Visited the showroom saw the car had a test drive (alone) which makes all the difference.
Was dealt with by the two James’ who are both great, no pressure etc. great way to do business.
They try and force sell any additional products.
Best place I have ever bought a car from.
(Had a fair few cars)
Only annoying thing is that stoneacre repeatedly ring to try and sell you things afterwards, often leaving incoherent voicemails. (These people are not based in the Brandon showroom) so no negativity towards them.

I picked up my new Kia Proceed Shooting Brake from Stoneacre Durham today (27/05/21) and I couldn’t be happier. I reached out to Jack a few weeks ago as my existing lease was due to expire and he very quickly identified the best options based on my requirements, gave me a lease quote that got me to where I wanted to be from a spend perspective and to my amazement told me I could have it within 10 days after being told by my existing lease company it would be upwards of 18 weeks for delivery!

First class service from start to finish and additional thanks go to Anthony and Richie who dealt with me in the dealership for the handover today. Very efficient and highly recommended!
