Hills Ford Malvern

I'd definitely recommend Hills Ford Malvern as the whole process was seamless from start to finish. William went above and beyond, offering to stay late for us to test drive the car, as we had a long journey. We never felt rushed and William was really friendly and helpful, he explained everything clearly and was able to answer all our questions. My car was serviced and valeted prior to delivery, which was free of charge! Absolutely first class customer service from William, can’t recommend Hills Ford Malvern enough and will definitely use them again even though it’s a 100 mile plus journey!

I have just bought a used Volvo from this garage and dealt with William Butterfield, who I must say is the most polite, helpful and approachable car sales person I have ever dealt with. They gave a great part ex price on my car and William has been brilliant throughout. He even saved me some grief as I had left my work bag in the old car with my laptop and other stuff in it which would have been difficult to explain to the boss.
I will look here first if I'm after a new car in the future as they have really impressed me.

The Guys there are all lovely to deal with until it gets to the aftersales... Don't bother getting a warranty from them. We were told by our Sales Guy that "absolutely everything" would be covered for 3 years, only to now find out that there are various exceptions including any/all cables.

They couldn’t have done more for me. At 75 this was my first time to purchase my own car as my husband is now unable to drive. They did a full service and MOT and even replaced the two front tyres as they were worn but not illegal. Josh Rigby patiently explained all the new tech to me. All in all, would thoroughly recommend Hills Ford in Malvern.
