Great experience, highly recommended! Recently purchased from here and couldn't be happier. Drove in for a quick look but turned around as nothing caught our eye from a glance. This was until Daley spotted us and caught our attention at the exit and asked our situation. Two minutes down the road it played on our mind and we decided to turn back and have a proper chat with him and glad we did! Very friendly, easy to talk to and down to earth. Talked us through our options and didnt try pushing us into anything that wasn't suitable for our financial situation. While sorting the deal we hit a bump in the road as I was having issues with my license renewal. They were very patient with us and kept in contact while we waited to resolve the issue. On the day it was all finalised the car was handed over to us by the manager Andy, who was also just as friendly and helpful as Daley. Both helped us with various issues we had along the way as we have never bought a car this way before. Thank you both, loving our new car!

Absolutely the best service! I've bought 3 cars from Lookers Vauxhalls Chester in 3 years. 2 of them from Andy, he knew exactly what I needed! We went from a Nissan juke rs, to a vxr corsa, then to my mum motor that is a brand new mokka, defo not a standard motor! And kept within the budget I had. I had such a good experience throughout all purchases. And even got spoilt with a big reveal of the Mokka in the show room undercover! Flowers, balloons, card & a Teddy for our baby. I've also took my cars for services & had videos & photos when completed. Ive gone for test drives during the pandemic & everything was safe & sorted within 20mins of me arriving. Honestly couldn't recommend more! They even sorted my number plate being transfered to the new car! Thank you!!! But a massive shout out to Andy! 10/10

We purchased a used Fiat 550 from Lookers Chester, the sales assistant Callum was very helpful and informative, he gave us an honest and in-depth video of the vehicle as we are based in Scotland and didn’t want to travel if the car wasn’t up to spec, on the day Callum met us at the station and drove us to the garage, Nice touch. we were able to inspect the car and happy to say it was in the condition as described, a little work was required locally which lookers agreed to pick up the cost of and this work has been done recently, we were really pleased with the service and Callum is an asset to the company, Thank you

Had a fantastic experience picking out our new family car. The whole process took no longer than a few hours. Selected the car on a Tuesday,drove away on the Thursday!!! We were lucky enough to have been looked after by Peter, easy to talk to, seemed to 'get' what we wanted and were able to pay!! Had an additional email from Peter since asking how things are going,all great experience!!

Great garage with helpful sales staff. Nice selection of new shiny cars and some good deals on offer. At the moment waiting times are quite long but the Dealer is not at fault just world problems. Sales staff are helpful and keep you informed and up to date with the situation and when you get your new car it is worth waiting for. Nice clean, airy, welcoming showroom with good coffee. I haven't had experience of the service department yet but if the rest of the Dealership is anything to go by all should be good.

We are very happy with the service we got from Cal he listened to what we wanted and found us the perfect car. We were given lots of options for finance, service packages extended warranty etc we bought our car cash and collected the next day. Very fast and to a good standard.we are very happy.
