Bought a evo with sva, put a deposit down and came to collect the car, id paid for an alarm which hadnt been fitted which gave me complications with insurance. They done some "spray" work for me on the car, most of the bits they were suppose to spray; came off as theyd used a touch up pen. The sideskirts thatd been sprayed, were now a completely different colour. I then had various issues with the car, sva were very rude and not very helpful. Had a 3rd party check the car out and came back with a list with about 10 bullet points with what was wrong. All these issues appeared after 700 gentle miles. I asked for a full refund as it was within the first 30 days, sva refused and were very rude and then ignored all contact with myself. I contact consumer advice who contacted trading standards, soon after this sva got back to me offering a full refund. Ended up costing me 1000s with insurance, car transport, lost days at work. I've now been put off buying classic Japanese cars, 8 months on and I still havent bought a new car because im worried history will repeat itselfs. I wouldnt recommend sva to my worse enemy.

Had a customer's car booked in for a power run. When we arrived the man said he had to pop out for 15mins to buy cement and take it home to his builder. This was after he had been on lunch for an hour. He left us waiting just over an hour. When he arrived back he didn't apologize for keeping us waiting and when confronted about it he was extremely rude, argumentative and arrogant saying that he could take the car off and not do it and no one gives it to him etc etc. Being a woman I thought he was ill mannered and unprofessional. I wouldn't give any stars but the rating make me.

I purchased a mitsubishi evo 5 in yellow from sva and the customer service i recieved from them was outstanding any questions i had they taken there time to answer all my questions. I had an issue with my car after a few months and they advised me to take it to them and they sorted the issue out straight the way. Always happy to help. Thank you sva team for a great experiance and all the help in my putchase from yourselfs.

Used the mot centre only. Always do a good job and never takes too long

You know what. I pulled up in my supra & this guy has serious motors, but you can tell the main boss dont like time wasters. So dont time waste. Guys got some nice imports. Defo worth a check if your passing by.

Do not buy from SVA. I brought a car from them and 3 months later the cars engine blew up, when i contacted them they were disinterested and very abrasive. I ended up paying for the entire rebuild myself. I will never use again...

Was looking for a motor home details but it wasn't on their website, despite being parked on the forecourt, however it looks like they might have sadly closed?
