Brought my car in for an appointment they gave me a evaluation of £6,250 the car is in outstanding condition for the age and all the history that I had was there .the guy was very polite don't get me wrong but when it came to the final valuation they nocked me down by £2,350 thy claimed I had the front wing painted (wich It didn't because I new all the owners before hand) and it needed 2 back tyres and he found a dint the size of a 1p. it was a 54 plate Porsche Cayenne not a crappy fiesta ! Will not be using these crooks again ! And would not recommend

Cancelled one appointment at the last minute and then refused to even see me for the next as apparently they were one man short that day. Don't waste your time

Absolute joke of a company! Definitely can not be trusted to a) give you a fair offer that they will honour or b) actually show up at the agreed appointment time to appraise your car!

Don't waste your time with them, seller beware!
