I bought a very nice smart fortwo from Ian a couple of weeks ago.
I met his lovely wife and family and was most impressed with both the great subject knowledge and professional service.
The car was exactly as described and what I call a proper car, in that it was original and not in any way messed around.
A great experience, and the after sales service has been better than the one I received from Kia when I bought my wife's new car.
Would highly recommend this company for both sales and service.

I had the good fortune to buy my Smart Brabus Roadster from Ian, I've had a lot of cars from Ferrari's and Porsche's to Cobra's and Alfa's and this is the best car buying experience I've ever had by a country mile !
Nothing was to much trouble, Ian delivered my car to Yorkshire, talked me through all the controls and showed me how everything worked - he then called me a week later to ensure everything was OK.
My car is perfect.
I can't recommend Ian and his service highly enough - If I could buy every one of my future cars from Ian, that would be perfect.
I'm only giving five stars for my recommendation because there isn't a facility to give ten stars !

I had been looking to buy a Smart Roadster, but all the vehicle's I inquired after had faults or leaked. I was beginning to think I wouldn't find one, when I happened on an advert from Smart Auto Classics. I gave them a call, and from them on it has been one of my best car buying experiences. Very knowledgeable about the car, managed to answer all my questions. The roadster I bought was exactly what it said on the advert, and and I'm thoroughly enjoying driving it. I have contacted them a couple of times since picking the car up, once for a minor oil leak, which turned out to be a faulty gasket, and the second time was to check a knocking noise and MOT. On both occasions, it was dealt with very quickly and professionally.
Great customer service, and nice to find car sales company that can be trusted not to drop you like a hot potato, as soon as they've got your money.
