Full disclosure... I didn't buy a car in the end so can't comment on the quality of the vehicles. But the service was good and not too pushy considering they are salesmen. Offered a nice coffee on arrival and we were shown an appropriate vehicle for our needs. No pressure was applied in terms of buying there and then and ultimately we have decided on a different direction but nothing to do with the dealership. Place was clean and well maintained also.

Uzair was a delight to deal with. My first time getting g a car on finance and he explained the process in a very understandable way. He listened to my needs and helped me get the best deal. Great communication the whole way through. Super friendly and empathetic. Will recommend to anyone who is first time experiencing finance. His knowledge pf the industry was exceptional.

Bought a car recently from here. Alex was brilliant and very customer friendly. Spoke to the manger Ahmead also who was fantastic and both were extremely pleasant to deal with. What was really good there was no pressure or typical salesman garbage... would recommend.

Bought a Zafira tourer 18 plate and the sales service from Micheal Dorrington was spot on . The only problem was the monthly payment for servicing which the first deduction from my account was made twice … seems Micheal does not know that’s the way it will be taken from my account , as he told me on the day of purchase that first payment will be done a month after .

I am currently enjoying the car as it drives smoothly. Called Micheal today to arrange a repair on the scratches that was not done and he immediately called the guy who does it to arrange an appointment for next week whilst I was on the phone with him. To me that was impressive!!

I will surely recommend public to purchase your cars from here , as I will be coming for a second vehicle (van ) in the future !

I can not rate this dealership enough. As a female sometimes worried to approach Male environments, I felt so comfortable and relaxed. I didn't feel pressured to buy a car and was put at ease straight away with the staff's friendliness. Sammee was so so lovely and I would definitely return to buy my next car. He was so patient and lovely!

I have been to many dealerships before but I must say the whole experience that I've received from this dealership, and in particular Francis (definitely recommend asking for him!), has been above and beyond my expectations. Even the after sales service has been a joy, and I am someone who can be considered at times a difficult customer (I can be very picky).

Anyone interested to buy Vauxhall, do not go to any other dealership other than Advance Vauxhall in Slough, I don't even live in Slough, there's closer dealerships to me but it's not just about purchasing a car, it's about the whole customer journey and experience and I can honestly say that Francis, his manager and the rest of the team have been so good to me, that I will be recommending them to any and everyone I know who is interested in buying a new car.

Michael Dorrington's communication is much appreciated as he is aware my friend and myself are profoundly deaf (lucky my friend can lipread and interpret on my behalf!). We felt very comfortable and we had an easy conversation with Michael. After 3 hours and a half hours, I was able to make a decision after we went through the pro and cons that fit my mobility son.

Very pleased with Advance Vauxhall Slough for my Car service. My car was picked up and returned back within a reasonable time frame. They sent me a detailed video showing all work carried out. Car was lovely and clean after. Thank you.
