Customer service 10/10
Place 10/10
Overall it was a good experience and I recommend this place for any new drivers and anyone looking to buy good quality cars that aren’t too over priced.
Thank you guys for your help:) .
With £2.5k out pocket, plus extra diagnostics and repairs, and now no car. So disappointed. The AU warranty they sell along is also hawks. Avoid!!
So sketchy, I feel fooled.
They ask if you need help and show you there stock online and also let you have a look around the cars. Helped me find a car I liked and made the process easy and quick. Nice one guys thanks
Immediately I found a wheel nut missing on one wheel and the wheel nut key damaged so badly that I couldn't undo the nuts.
Within 3 weeks my exhaust blew and when my mechanic looked at it he said it had been filled with Gun Gum as a temporary fix. Obviously I couldn't prove it was them so we went half on a new part, which since getting Trading Standards involved I have found out they should never have charged me at all. A month or so after they fitted the part I noticed the exhaust was making a grinding noise on pulling away, once again my mechanic told me that because it was a cheap pattern part the two bolts holding it don't line up, so they didn't even fit them! Consequently it was holding on by the rubber which had worn and it was rubbing on the subframe.
By now I'm getting really frustrated with them as they won't return my calls and the guy who sold me the car keeps saying the manager is on holiday, it must be Judith Chalmers then managing the place!
My final dealings with them came two months ago when finally they said they'd fix the exhaust properly. After taking the car to Ford for an unrelated fix the garage told me they had actually cut the exhaust plate to make it line up for the bolts and then welded it back making the metal hanger out of line and once again wearing the new rubber they fitted! Absolute cowboys!
My last call to them and the salesman wants to wash his hands of me and tells me that it's nearly a year since I bought the car and I can't expect to have work done this late. I agree if it's something new but this has been ongoing since 3 weeks after purchase and they won't/ can't do a proper job.
I've now contacted Trading Standards about them.
Please don't be fooled by the easy going nature of them here and if you do decide to buy a vehicle from them get it checked properly as looking at their other reviews you have a high chance of buying a dud.
Many thanks.
