Amazing experience, from the first phone call to the after sales support. Our van is amazing, we absolutely love it and it turned out better than we expected. We have always loved the Van Haven look and eventually decided to go with them as our vehicle option. VW directly couldn’t give us quite the vehicle we wanted and the lead times were huge, Van Haven had us up and running with our van in less than 6 months. The van is awesome, the service from start to finish was second to none. I cannot recommend Van Haven highly enough. Everyone we met wanted to help and provide the best service possible.

From the initial meeting with Olly we felt confident that he would deliver our Retro/Contemporary look and we fully trusted his design skills whilst incorporating our ideas. In all our dealings with All the team they have been; professional, enthusiastic, friendly, with a fantastic attention to detail. We particularly liked that Toby kept us updated of progress throughout the build. The after care has also been exceptional.

We bought our van from these guys last year. What an amazing experience, they help you build the perfect vehicle to suit you and your needs and never try to 'upsell' you things that aren't going to benefit you or spend money on things you really don't need. Best thing we did was get the upgraded/ customised seats. By far the most comfortable seats I've ever sat on in any vehicle. Done a good few 6 - 8 hour drives and don't get out the van sore in any way and constantly get comments from people saying how great they look and how comfortable they are. If I could I would give them 10 stars!!

I found van haven by chance last year while on the hunt for a new volkswagan t6.1 camper van ,I was lost for words when I popped down to Dorset from London and meet the chaps from van haven, I instantly hit it off with Olly their super star van sales man and we decided what would be best for our needs .I had never bought a brand new vehicle before and to have one built to me exact fully bespoke specification was amazing. I knew what I wanted and with Olly and the fantastic team in the workshop they have built me my dream t6.1 volkswagan 204 lwb dsg highline swamper kombi camper van. It wasn't cheap mind you but you gets what you pay for . I even had to sell my prised ford sierra cosworth estate to afford the van ,but I would do it all again in a heart beat .the freedom this van has given us is unbelievable and while on a recent camping trip to Germany I even managed to get our van out for a lap of the nurburgring. It's by far the best vehicle I have ever owned and I just love it so much .I can't thank the team enough at van haven for what they have done and for what they have built us .I have the most luxurious off roader i could have ever wished to have owned. And since purchasing our van I have continued to upgrade the van with the help of Olly Tom and Toby. My van not only looks amazing it sounds amazing too, with a recent 1970s graphics up grade designed by myself all taken care off by matt at clear signs ,and a alpine speaker upgrade and a 2nd kicker wall mounted sub woofer my van is the life and soul of the camp site .if your looking to buy a bespoke built camper/ kombi van look no further than van haven, take it from me you won't be disappointed 👍🇬🇧

After looking at the range of fabulous vans on the Van Haven website and videos on YouTube for many months, we finally decide we must have one!
