Incredibly helpful and very informative staff. The service was also done while I waited and finished earlier than they said. They took the time to go through everything they did and the results and explained what I should expect for my next service. Will definitely use again!

Just called for some advice on a recent purchase, were super helpful and seemed very knowledgeable. No work required as a result of the information provided but I will definitely be using them for servicing/repairs in the future based purely on the customer service just received.

Would not recommend for Alfa. Was told they focus on ‘sports cars’ these days, presumably more lucrative for them. Unable to find fault with my car, went to independent garage - they identified straight away. Unfortunate, as Alfa dealers are increasingly rare these days.

My Jeep Renegade was transported to HWM via Jeep Assist. Once the car was ready to be brought back to my home address I was told by Jeep Assist Customer Service that I had to pay for this service. I had not been informed about this.

HWM are bringing my car back to me as a courtesy gesture - courtesy is not dead.

Excellent service from HWM on warranty work on my Jeep....Pity they no longer sell FCA group cars .
