Went to view a bmw today - wanted to plug in a diagnostic tool to diagnose any hidden codes and the sales assistant became rude and then denied sale. Stating the car was no longer for sale.
Would not recommend- completely unprofessional

Awful company. Purchased a convertible BMW from them but it has been problem after problem. Whenever I called back with a problem, I was pretty much told that it is ‘wear and tear’ and not their problem.
The car was advertised as being fully serviced and in good condition. I’ve had it looked at by an independent garage who have quoted me over £6,000 to put the issues right.
I have reported this company to the motor ombudsman and started legal proceedings, but they ignore the emails! Save yourself a lot of hassle and steer clear!

When I got to view the car (advertised as a convertible), I was lucky to have asked to see the roof go down. Of course it didn’t and was just one many things hidden. In fairness to them, they dropped the asking price because of this, but now I see why.
Buckled wheels
Damaged front axle
Water leaks into footwell and boot when it rains
Hydraulic leak
Suspension issues
Knocking from timing chain
Internal oil leak (literally having to fill up every month)
Different colour headlight light bulbs
Torque adjuster issues (not sure what this is but told by a mechanic)
Gearbox issues (very jumpy)
Rattle in steering
Headunit faulty
Heated seats faulty
Electric seat faulty
Metal on metal squeezing when driving.
Battery depleted (£250 for a new one).

Although I did test drive the car, I believe they knew of these issues and did bare minimum to hide them for the test drive. E.g. had the car running so that when I started it, it started and ran nice as was hot. When I start the car in the mornings (ever since purchase and reported to them), a thick plume of smoke comes out the exhaust (and I mean embarrassingly thick) when it finally turns over.

Absolute sham and once the sale is done they don’t wanna know! I am already about £1000 out of pocket to try and rectify the issues. I have told the company I want a refund or exchange for another car that I can have independently looked at by a mechanic. I think this is a fair enough request if they’re legitimately sorry about the issues. But of course, no response from them.

We came to the shop for an Oil Cap, we were on a Holliday so in a bit of a hurry. The owner was very helpful, he started calling nearby shops for our missing part. In the end he arranged the part for us at another shop! He was my Holliday hero!!

Moss was great, 10/10. Professional, helpful and patient. This was the first time buying a car and it was a smooth experience, I highly recommend, i will be coming back again !!

When buying used cars you always gonna have one question : how much money can I save before I need to worry over reliability?
My experience is that I bought a very cheap car, reliable in excellent condition and they have superb customer service.
Don't bother with dealers that Hoover your money and treat you like second hand human being; trust me stop here speak with them see the cars for yourself and you will understand this is the place to shop.
