I've sold a couple of cars over the past year to Webuyanycar Camberley and both times I've been super happy with the service and in addition, the pricing offered has been excellent! Appreciate we are in a price bubble right now, but the price offered was excellent and more than 10% higher than part exchange. Money paid next day as promised. Unless there is a significant different in price, I would strongly recommend this route instead of part exchange or selling privately - completely hassle free as long as you have the right documentation.

Didn't even turn up to the appointment. I received confirmation messages on the day for "see you at 17:30" but noone was there. Sat outside for half an hour and nobody turned up. Tried calling but only got the answerphone. Left multiple messages but no response at all. Don't know if you can say its awful service when there wasn't any service at all!! Will sell through Cazoo instead, they offer more money anyway

Excellent service from Bilal. He was very personable and informative, explaining how he determined his offer. There was a small dent and bumper scuff so I expected that. The deduction was reasonable. I returned next day after securing a new car and payment was in the bank in a couple of hours. Nothing else to do as they inform DVLA.

Very happy with the the whole experience. Great customer service at Camberley, and since my quote the value had risen so ended up being offered (and accepting) more than expected. Recognise that some will be offered less - so decide your minimum before going, and if it doesn’t match then no obligation and nothing lost. If you’re looking for a no-hassle sale, and your offer meets or exceeds your minimum, you have a straight-forward, stress-free deal.

Fast and efficient service. Loz was ver polite and attentive. Sale of vehicle was a couple of hundred less than what was quoted which is disappointing although I appreciate this was based on information provided without seeing the vehicle. We will consider using Loz in the near future providing the price is right
