Group 1 ŠKODA Maidstone

I literally have nothing good to say about this dealership. Booked in for a service (we have a Skoda service plan and this is now our nearest having moved house) selected air con filter clean - didn’t do it, selected car clean, didn’t do it, vehicle health check was so rushed it was inaudible. No answer when called. Prices are sky high and service is non-existent. Perhaps take a visit to Letchworth, Hertfordshire to learn some tips? I rather drive 100 miles back there than part with my money at Maidstone.

The sales team (Ella and Paul) were very good at keeping us informed regarding the progress of our order. The delays getting the vehicle were out of their hands and they were able to explain the issues throughout. We were very happy with the service we received and would recommend Beadles Maidstone thoroughly.

Very friendly team. Jaime in the service department was lovely, always kept me up to date with what was happening with my car. Max in sales, we saw him last time we bought our first car from skoda and he helped us today. He is always happy to help, does not make you feel under pressure when choosing a new car and gives you all the details you need.

Quick and efficient service. Great online check in service prior to the MOT appointment. Prompt action taken and very accommodating when requesting a quick turnaround. Plus I got a complimentary clean and vac so very pleased overall. All staff were polite and friendly and helpful. Cannot fault.

Some do not like using main dealers for many reasons. I had no choice with regard to my vehicles problem. However the problem was resolved - vehicle cleaned inside and out. Somewhat concerned about the costings, I had a very nice surprise regarding the costings. It was at a level that I will be using the main dealer again. Overall - good service the staff had good social skills - briliant

It's always a pleasure taking my Skoda to see the team at Maidstone. They're always really friendly, polite, and professional. I love the fact that you get a video of what the mechanics can see, talking you through advisories and urgent repair work. Plus the service plan is a great way to spread the cost of a service. Highly recommend 😊

Amazing service by Ella, we found the car online and made contact. Ella was very quick to respond, and to make it all happen, any questions or concerns we had she had the answers for straight away. Overall, she made it a very good experience, a nice and calm atmosphere, unlike a different dealership we went to. First, I'm glad we found this one.
