Holdcroft Dacia Crewe

We went in to Holdcroft Motors in Crewe to check out the new Dacia Jogger as we have been looking for a reasonably priced 7 seater. We were met by Travis and after some contemplation decided to buy without any pressure or hard sell.

The Holdcroft Motors team and specifically Travis were fantastic from start to finish guiding us through the process of purchasing a new car with professionalism and expertise. Also the after sales help has been second to none so far.

As a person who struggles a lot with social anxiety, Travis was very understanding and did as much as humanly possible over WhatsApp, including timely updates with where my care was up to with manufacturing, which was greatly appreciated. On top of this, he personally greeted me at the showroom when it came to my collection date and I was stood around looking lost. He was as professional as he was friendly, which made the whole process of buying my first car an absolute breeze.
