Andy was there from start to finish. The car I chose encountered a fault (not due to AW Carhouse) whilst AW Carhouse sourced for it to be prepared to the best standard ready for when it was driven off the forecourt. With this encounter they made sure it was fixed with going to any lengths to solve the issue. I had a courtesy car from them and was looked after by them throughout the process and kept up to date. The customer service throughout was outstanding.

I very recently purchased a Jeep Renegade and had a great experience. I primarily dealt with Ant. He was extremely helpful and friendly, not pushy at all, and he gave a very honest description of the car's condition and history (I didn't view it in person). When we arrived to collect the car, it was exactly as described. Due to the M42 being closed due to an accident, we had a long detour and as a result we were late picking up. We had to call and ask the guys to wait for us past their closing time. It was a Saturday and I'm sure they had better things to be doing, but they were very accommodating and we were extremely grateful to them. By that point my stress levels were through the roof, so being keen to let them go home, I set off without my seat or the steering wheel in quite the right position... hopefully I gave them a laugh as I tootled off. Fortunately there is a petrol station and Starbucks virtually next door so I was able to sort myself out, fill up the tank and get myself a much needed coffee. I had a WhatsApp message on the Monday to check I was happy with the car, and I was able to say I love it. I still love it, and so pleased I bought it from them! Just an all round great dealership.

From start to finish the service and team have been fantastic. I went up to have a look at an Astra, all the cars were in amazing condition and at great prices. The Astra was great, Andy could not have been any better, from helping me with any question to having a test drive. Plus there was no pressure from Andy like some other dealerships. Will highly recommend everyone to come here.

Absolutely fantastic experience with these guys. My mum purchased a new car on my behalf and the communication between her and Jordan was fantastic throughout the whole process. As we are not local, he sent personalised videos so we could really get a good look at the car before buying. We ended up having to have the car reserved for longer than expected before final purchase but this wasn't a problem at all.
Jordan (what a lovely guy!) delivered the car on time and it was even better than I was expecting. Would recommend AW Carhouse to anyone!!

Great dealership, Andy went above and beyond to make sure i was happy with my new car (which is exactly what i was looking for and i love it). The customer service is really great and i would not hesitate to recommend AW to anyone looking for a great deal.

This was my first time buying from here, George was there when I took the test drive and explained everything about the car very polite and helpful.
Decided to go ahead and Andy sorted everything out and kept me up to date with how everything was going with phone calls and emails.
Andy was superb when I went to pick up the car friendly and spoke to me like he knew me for years.
Would highly recommend to anyone to buy from here, will definitely go back when I want an upgrade.
