Saw a vehicle I was interested in advertised on an alternate Webb site. sent an email expressing interest and within 100 seconds had a call, confirming vehicle detailsand arrange a timed viewing. Additionally I was informed that I would receive a personal video shortly about the car....20 mins later, an email with video attachment arrived and Snr salesman Mathew introduced himself and the car. I attended garage as arranged to view and test car, no delays, took car for test, sat down and asked for discount.Although the car was very competitively priced a small discount was given, making the buying experience even better. Car polished and MOT'd before, a no hassle collection a few days later..Perfect

Dropped in with no appointment for advice on my Citroën a warning light I did not know, came on and was unsure what was needed, a salesman Dave saw me and from that point on he and a technician sorted my problem quickly, I have never been there before, but when I change my vehicle I will definitely head to Bristol Street Motors, Northampton dealers without a doubt.
So friendly and helpful I felt valued and grateful for their support.

Hopeless place paid for delivery waited for delivery then told it had fell through ,and Monday was next available day for delivery they are either lying or totally incompetent. In the end had to fetchthe car and I'm still waiting for transport refund.

Purchased a used vehicle. Not a great experience. Sales staff only interested in selling extras like warranty and cleaning. The vehicle was supposed to have been mechanical checked, but the windscreen washer tank was empty and the tyres under-inflated. I'm doubtful use cars go anywhere near their workshop.

I just took delivery of a 2023 Peugeot 2008 GT (via a broker) and rang the dealership to ask why it wasn’t fitted with front fog lights. The salesman had no idea and said he would get someone to call me back… that didn’t happen. Clearly once they got their money, they are not interested in customer aftercare. I wonder how good their warranty will be? Not impressed!!

Just had my first service on my 3008 and couldn't be happier! pathetic as it sounds, I've always bought cars from dealerships my family members work at before but I REALLY wanted my 3008 GT so had to go outside of the family and do things for myself instead of relying on a family member to sort everything. The initial purchase a year ago was great too but service I was worried about. i didn't want a "You need this. You should've done that" horror story that you hear about with servicing and maintenance. Couldn't have had a better experience today though. When I called in December to book they were pleasant and helpful and today was much the same. When I arrived this morning a young lady greeted me with a smile (I think her name was Emily or Emma but I am terrible with names - sorry) and a "morninh" as soon as I walked towards the desk and the check in was smooth. she asked all my details and checked the car in and I was impressed that she checked if there were any times during the day that I'd be uncontactable which meant I wasn't disturbed in my meetings. I mentioned to her that I knocked a part off the washer bottle by accident and she said she'd get a technical to get the engine tray to see if it had fallen in there. I was encouraged to then get the vehicle health check video and hear the technician say "I've had a good look in the engine area and can't find the mesh you dropped unfortunately". Whilst I'm still annoyed at myself for dropping it, I was pleased they'd follwed my request. Anyway, about an hour after I got the health check video through, I got a text and a call to say the vehicle was ready. Again, as I walked towards the desk the lady who had booked me in greeted me with a smile abd said "I'll just grab your keys" She then gave me my keys back and talked me through the vehicle health check paperwork, advised me of the service plan so no payment was due (which was great because I'd forgotten I had bought service plan!) and then advised they couldn't find the washer bottle mesh but could order one. She told me how much it would be exactly without staring at her screen to do it or even looking at her screen so I was impressed that she was well prepared for my arrival. I gave permission for the part to be ordered and tried to pay but she advised I can pay on collection and advised the likely wait time for the part. I then got in a car that was infinitely cleaner than went it arrived and I drove home happy. The service warning was still on so I called and the man that answered in service apolgised straight away and offered to do it if I go back. i only live two miles from Bristol Street but am EXTREMELY lazy and asked if it is something I can do myself. He talked me through it over the phone, step by step perfectly. Overall I am very pleased and don't know why I hsve been relying on my family to do everything for me when doing it myself is this smooth, easy snd pleasant. Thanks to all involved
