Payed just over 2 thousand for a van on the 21st June only drove it 3 times and every time it went into limp mode. Emailed them to see if I had any warranty, they totally ignored me so I rang on Sunday and was told they don't give warranty on commercial vehicles. My van has gone into the garage today to find out what the problem is .just been told by the garage it needs to go to a garage that specializes in diesel engines, do not buy a commercial vehicle off these rip off merchants.my van needs new injectors.ive just paid 1300 pound to have new injectors altogether it cost me over 3 thousand pounds to get the van running right.

I bought my car at JJ motors in April this year and I went back in July as it was giving me problems.They changed a part and I only drove it for a month until the same problem started again and worse still there is a new problem which is a rattling sound coming from the aircorn.i phoned them today only to be told that my warranty (3mths) has run out,to make matters worse the guy said I should have paid to extend to the warranty which is something I was never told in the beginning.I am so upset that I have to fix the car myself and I believe they knew that it had a problem when they sold it to me.I Do NOT recommend them at all.

I bought a car from JJ Motors in August. The salesman was excellent. We took the car for a test drive but it went into limp mode. I really liked the car so they said they would get it repaired which they did. I went to pick it up the following week. They could not get the air con regassed so they said I could leave it until they could or I could take it and get it done locally. I took it and then got it regassed, JJ Motors paid the garage immediately over the telephone. I love my new car and would highly recommend the service I received.

excellent service and fair price. got my new car on the Friday and found out I had a slow puncture the next day. They arranged for me to take it back Monday and they fixed it with no fuss.

Not pushy left alone to have a good look extremely happy with car and service recievedwould definitely recommend to family and friends and would buy another car many thanks

I bought my car from JJ Motors in July this year. I wanted to wait a little while before I posted a review, just in case of any issues. Whilst there were a couple of minor issues with the car after the purchase JJ Motors sorted these for me really quickly; I felt like I was a priority and they couldn't do enough to get things sorted for me. I can't fault their after sales care and commitment to customer service (just to be clear the issues with the car were pretty minor, and pretty typical of a 10 year old second hand car).
When I went to view the car I didn't feel any pressure whatsoever, and the team were all really friendly and helpful. Overall its just been a really really good experience and I feel like, even now the car is out of warranty, I could still go back to them if I had any issues or needed some help with it!
