This time I would like to say massive thank you to Kyle, you help me to find my favourite car. And thank you for organizing everything so quick,as usually the best service.
Many thanks Alyona
Sold the services with the car by sales technique which is paint protection
extended warranty, since then I am chasing them to fix some issues which I mentioned at the time of purchase and they accepted to make an appointment and fix, its been 3 months they are giving me excuse of covid today they booked and charged me £100 for investigation and when I got upset they refuse to accept what they sold, be very careful do not buy a vehicle from this dealership. proof attach of their scam. Manager has no manners what you expect from the staff.
Picked car up and they have damaged the bumper. I am certain of this as only this past week I took photos of minor paint damage on my vehicle and contacted a bodywork shop for a quote to repair. The damage caused today was not sent to the bodywork specialist because it did not exist before I dropped it off at the garage.
Also, they adjusted the driver seat and steering wheel within an inch of its life, which was a faff getting sorted again.
Very poor experience.
I am thinking of buying my future car from this company again.
.....I went with my wife this week to have a look at the Vauxhall range of cars that are available on Motability.
Whilst there, we decided that we would like to view the Citroen range as well due to the showroom having both franchises on site.
All I want to say is 'DO NOT BOTHER TRYING TO ACCESS THE SHOWROOMS IF YOU HAVE A MOBILITY SCOOTER'
We had to enter the showroom from the side of the Vauxhall building. All seemed good to start as there was a drop curb for scooter access, but it soon went downhill.
The main entrance is situated between the Vauxhall pillars. Being on a scooter the showroom is impossible to access if on your own. Fortunately, my wife was with me, but having her there was only a minor help.
My wife opened one of the entrance doors inwards, but being on a scooter, I needed both opened. Fortunately, a customer that was sat at the desk near the doors assisted my wife to let me into the showroom, as the sales executive could not be bothered to assist.
After entering the showroom, we were blatantly ignored by the staff. We tried to open the boot of the Grandland as it is on the Motability scheme and I wanted to check the boot size. We decided that the staff obviously had zero interest in us, so we decided to try the Citroen showroom.
Only 1 Sales lady was at her desk in conversation with customers. We looked up towards the balcony. A member of staff just looked straight through us and subsequently a few seconds later came through an exit door on the outside left of the Citroen showroom.
We decided enough was enough and tried to exit through the Citroen showroom.
Unfortunately, this was not possible as the door was locked with a notice on it stating 'PLEASE USE MAIN SHOWROOM ENTRANCE/EXIT'.
Here is where the nigh on impossible happened trying to exit the showroom.
My wife was helped again to hold open the doors by a gentleman who was exiting the showroom. I subsequently tried to make my way out,but had to do forwards and backwards manouvers to exit the showroom. Upon doing so, I was left with about 5mm room to spare on the side of the pavement, before I would end up falling off the edge. SO MUCH FOR BEING DISABLED FRIENDLY!!! Fortunately my wife guided me from the rear and a gentleman guided me from the front.
I am afraid that after receiving an excellent service from Courtney at the Nissan dealership, the Vauxhall and Citroen dealership, have an awful lot to learn. Not just with their non existant customer service, but ultimately the lack of accessibility to the business as a disabled customer.
Hopefully a member of Management from the Vauxhall/ Citroen dealership will take time to action the failings of the business for Disabled Customer Access.
I have only been scooter bound for the past year and am looking for my first motability car. It sure will not be a Vauxhall or a Citroen from Bristol Street Northampton after this escapade that is for certain.
