I had one of the best customer experiences I've ever had at Paynes! Trevor was amazing with me, nothing was too much effort for him. He answered all of my questions made me feel comfortable and explained everything throughout the whole process of buying a car. He wasn't pushy at all and took the time to listen and understand my needs. I will definitely be returning when its time for an upgrade!!

My mechanic in Rugby recommended I go to Paynes which to me already spoke volumes as we have a Ford dealership in Rugby!!
From speaking to Ben Wood on the phone to meeting him to discuss purchasing my car the whole experience was way more than I could have wished for.

Had the pick up serviced. They are open 24hrs so dropped off evening before. Guys did exactly as requested but unfortunatly found broken suspension spring. At only 20000 miles felt this shouldn't happen but truck out if warranty. After a very polite chat with service manager offered me 50% discount.

Attend the garage to swap from a cmax to a smaller car, we were greeted by trev who was absolutely brilliant, knowledgeable and went out of his way to help us. He went through several cars thoroughly until we found the right car. The test drive was spot on and trev kept in touch throughout the process to make sure all nerves and any additional questions were answered.

Took my car in for a service and left with a Kuga! Love my new car, was happy with the exchange rate on my old car and the service from Trevor Price. All questions answered and explanation of the controls etc was excellent.

Recently bought a car from Paynes. Chantelle was absolutely superb from the second we stepped on the forecourt. Nothing was too much trouble for her to sort and she went above and beyond to help us find our car. From the start, it’s been a fantastic experience. Chantelle’s knowledge of the car and attention to detail has been first class and we would not hesitate to buy from Paynes again and would definitely recommend to others!

Part exchanged my older Fiesta (originally bought from Paynes over 8 years ago) and picked up my new Ford Focus last week. Was given a good exchange price for my car and so happy with my new one!
