I bought a 2008 Audi A3 convertible from Sevenoaks Automotive . Rayan delivered it home . I went for a test drive the next day and had some problems and was very worried , at this point he just came to my home with his partner drove my car around and assured me it was safe. Excellent after sales service. I had issues with central locking which he fixed as well, again smooth very smooth experience. Few days later i realised coolant leaking and again he was very proactive to resolve it but he was unable to find the fault as the leaking was intermittent. Sent it to another garage they also could not find the fault but the coolant was still leaking. Rayan then helped me book a garage who are audi specialists. Ultimately they were able to fix it and guess what RAYAN called me and said he had spoken with the garage and he would PAY the whole of the bill which was £XXX, a good amount. I really cannot appreciate enough the level of after sales service. Would i recommend him Absolutely 100%. Its just peace of mind that whatever goes wrong you will be treated well.

Its always worrying when buying a used car, I was a little nervous as had problems in the past with other dealers.

I can not expressive enough how impressed I am with Ryan and Sevenoaks Automotive, from the moment I phoned to enquire about a car, I could tell the service was going to be good. Ryan went out of his way to accommodate us and we felt nothing was to much trouble.
Would 100% recommend these guys, and if we needed another car in the future I wouldn't have any worries about going back to them, actually they would be my 1st choice.

Fantastic after sales care. My battery went dead after a couple of months of not using the car soon after buying it. Ryan came and replaced it with a new one, within the warranty period, and got me back on the road with minimum fuss.

Excellent service from Ryan couldn’t of asked for a nicer person to deal with, top bloke was a pleasure doing business with. Happy days...... loving our new vehicle will recommend to all our friends and family.
