An excellent experience.

I spent four hours with the team at Manor Wood. We had provisionally agreed a deal of a part-ex on the phone and they allowed me the time to examine my proposed purchase once there. The deal was done on the most friendly of terms, and while my new car was given an oil service on site we chatted about classic BMW’s and all things Leicester City vs Man Utd. We played up our rivalry, such friendly people they are! I bought a nicely presented Freelander 2 and was given drinks and ice cream too. The car has since covered 1000 miles and is just fine. I’ve now received the replacement key fobs as promised. Super lads, and thanks!

Very happy to help when purchasing but no after care from the store I have had a engine warning light on my car since July 20th, i had the take the car to the garage 3 times for a diag and then finally got the DPF cleaned which then left me without a car for 4 days (should have only taken 1) to then get the car back with the engine warning light still on. When reported to manor Wood was advised it was my fault because there was water in the diesel. Paid for second opion from another garage and was told that it was the same sensor issue with the DPF that should have been changed on the orginal visit , phoned and advised seems that no one cares, also sent a email with no reponse.
Currently seeking legal to see if I can return car and get refunded.

Just purchased a car from Manor Wood. It was such a smooth process, from looking around at all the different cars - after not knowing what I wanted. The employees were all very patient and showed me around the different cars. Professional service and would highly recommend to everyone.

WORST car dealer, what seemed like a lovely dealership and car buying experience turned into a nightmare. Sold me a car with an engine problem that was clearly there before the sale. Engine management light came on the next day after purchasing the car, I was fobbed off on 4 dragged out separate occasions with the most minor fixes on the car, which they knew wouldn’t fix the problem just pushed it closer to my warranty being up! The parts that were apparently ordered to actually fix my car wasn’t there when I arrived at the garage on the last occasion so I had to involve my finance provider. this garage knew what the problem was just didn’t want to pay for the repairs and sold me a unroadworthy car! Which I’ve had to return to my finance after many failed attempts to fix the car. They also sold my part exchange car to another garage while it was still in my name! My log book was never sent off to put it in their name after dale who dealt with my purchase assured me it would be done by them with the new cars log book. I only found this out when I received a fine from the dvla 8 months later and contacted manor wood cars! Highly Untrustworthy dealership, one star is more than this dealership deserves

If I could give these guys more than 5 stars I certainly would. I came in today to look at an Audi but came out with something completely different. No pressure to buy from them, they were all very helpful and accommodating. Couldn’t do enough for us. The whole transaction was easy and helpful. I’m so glad I got my new car from here! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Kano and the team were very friendly and easy to do business with, no real haggling and sticking to their initial phone offer once they saw it; money and logbook transferred immediately and tax return verified completed within 24 hours. Excellent service and a lovely bunch of staff! Gave excellent help towards the car I was interested in, and we’re willing a px which was a very fair price! Definitely worth taking a look into this car sales as you won’t be disappointed!

Sadly I trusted this garage when buying a car with my son for my son. I naively believed that the car we were buying would be ok. I should have had alarm bells when we got it home to find it hadn’t been cleaned properly and this was in April with Covid restrictions in place. Then we soon realised one of the speakers weren’t working. Which the garage did sort because at that time we were still in our 3 month warranty. My son realised the brakes were not right and were making making a weird sound. We contacted the Manor Wood again who asked us to take the car to a garage they recommended. We were told the brakes needed new pads, but they couldn’t do them and we needed to book the car in. We took the car to a garage we trust and have used for years only to be told the brakes were not right at all, pads had been put on the wrong way and upside down and certain metal parts had been grinded off. My garage also told us the car had not had a full and proper service since 2017 and when I spoke to the garage as I thought the car had had a full service before we brought it only to be told they only do an interim service. I have been on to the garage to ask how they can sell a car and not tell us that it has not had a full and proper service in 5 years and how their recommended garage didn’t pick up on the state of the brakes when we took the car to them to be looked at? For nearly 2 weeks Manor Woods have been ignoring my messages after saying they would contact me the next day. Would I recommend this garage? no I certainly wouldn’t. Please make sure you know what you are buying before you hand over any money to this garage.
