I've bought my first car last year from AZ used cars and today I went back to look for a second car for my wife I'm very happy with the first car in one year never been in a garage and a few weeks ago pass MOT without any problem . Nice guy and I wish him the best. But advise to fully check any car before buying. I assumed wrongly (my mistake) as mine was a 17 plate it would be ok. Just cost me £120 to get an oil problem corrected and loads of scratches on the boot that Vauxhall dealer pointed out to me.

We went though the auto trader website and got in contact with this terrible company, we spoke to them on the phone and confirmed we would like to purchase a Mercedes that was advertised, they asked us to put down a deposit, which we did on the Thursday the 20th (£200), and informed them that we would come to collect the car on Sunday (today). We drove almost 2 hrs to collect this car which we had been informed will be taken off the market for us, only to arrive and be told someone came in yesterday (Saturday) and paid a £200 deposit and that the car has been sold to them and they are collecting it tomorrow! We were then accused by them that we had blocked his number. After him shouting and arguing at us, we were stating that we paid the deposit first so.. but they were not having any of it, even stating that he has recordings of our phone call but couldn’t provide and show us the evidence of this like I asked, we also requested our petrol money for having a wasted trip down there for them to say that they have already sold the car to someone else who made a deposit after us, which was a struggle to get as he was still accusing us of blocking his number and that it was our fault, they would not even call the people who wanted to buy the car after us to inform them of the error and that it had already been sold to us before. They are clearly a dodgy company. I think that these people and this company is disgusting and would like to inform you of this disgusting behaviour so you can prevent doing business with bad companies, BE CAREFUL, DEFINITELY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.
