I can't believe how simple this service is to use. I got slightly more for my car than the original online estimate. The transaction took no more than 20 mins. The guy in the office was very pleasant, helpful and knowledgable. The money was in my bank by the time I got home. I would highly recommend.

The actual visit and discussion with the agent was very good. However the initial valuation to the eventual payment was nearly 50% less. I feel that the original valuation could be more honest and realistic

I'll report the facts.
The car I sold was a non-runner.
If it had been working I would have been offered £1150.
Was offered £670 as a non-runner online.
At the WBAC portakabin I got £418, a reduction of £252 from what it said online, £50 of that being for an 'administration fee'.
It shouldn't say £670 if you're gonna get 250 quid less.
So I was very disappointed about that.

Waste of time dropped offer from 633.00 to 5700 for paint chip stating the chip would cost 75 pound to repair ..can't do minus maths then. Shop around before you go to this place.

Very quick efficient service by the Engineer who conducted the sale.

What a rip off I was quoted £860 on the website ended up with £430 on the day. If I was you I'd sell privately if you can afford it.

Shocked how quick and easy it was and expected the quote to be reduced but was actually given more .Chap who looked over car was brilliant

The offer online was good. Comms running up to the inspection also good. The guy examining the car (John) was nice and professional. The offer dropped the price slightly, because of a mark on the alloys (which was very minor and didn’t really reflect a reduction of £150 or so), however, overall I was pretty happy with the process and the price. I would use it again.
