A brilliant, nothing is too much trouble, service. Simon was on the ball throughout and put up with not just me but the old man as well! Great car, great team, great job! Even babysat the kids while I tidied the car!

I reserved a used car which was at seat in Woking. When I arrived the next day and requested to see the car and have a test drive, I was told someone from the Aldershot seat was going to be dealing with me and my reservation. To me this didn’t make sense as the car was based in Woking. As soon as Glenn at Woking became aware the Aldershot branch would be dealing with me he was not interested in letting me test drive the car and merely let me look round the car. I was told I created a problem by "rocking up" without an appointment and I caused a problem to them by reserving the car and not going ahead to buy it, even though I didn’t get to take it on a test drive? He became increasingly frustrated and spoke to me in a way I wouldn’t expect someone to speak to a customer. The only saving grace was the younger member of staff who was polite and trying to be helpful despite his colleague, also the staff at Aldershot we’re really nice and helpful

My partner sold a car to smc and they didnt pay the remaining finance due to "human error". When my partner rang he was promised calls back and they never happened. eventually we managed to speak to the manager and all he could say was sorry it's a manual process. This is totally unacceptable and has now meant that bills are unable to be paid. customer service is awful! I would never buy a car from this dealer again. they are only nice when it involves taking your money, if you have any issues they are useless. AVOID!!

Popped over to here from Wokingham to have a closer look at a couple of Arona's on their forecourt. I only wanted a outside visible closer look. Very good selection. I cannot comment on staff etc, as this was just a first recce of this particular model. There was customer parking, which was nice to see. Cars could have done with a clean inside and out. First impressions and all that !! So dropped a star for that.

As part of my search for a new car, I was recommended SMC by numerous family members who had purchased new cars from them. I was in the market for something small to cater for day to day needs. I didn’t have the money for brand new, so contacted them ahead to enquire about used models they had available on finance deals. Within a matter of hours I had numerous quotes and deals sent over, I was invited to view them at the venue that same week and come the end of the weekend had secured a beautiful car. The service throughout from Louanne was friendly, professional and accommodating. Very satisfied with my purchase and experience of using the venue, and will be recommending to others moving forward.

Wanted to buy a car but when i phoned back to say yes the salesman Glen was extremely rude as the car was sold and insisted on taking me off his list even though i was still looking for a car. Car became available again but wouldn't buy from anyone with no manners
